I guess the operations and meds took place near those dates in 2025 and 2026. It seems this substance lowers that liver enzyme marker, pointing to less cell damage and swelling I suppose. Fascinating point. Mine used to sit at that level too, roughly eighty. My eating habits and daily routine were terrible back then, along with additional factors. Still dealing with various swelling conditions like ear ringing, nose inflammation, and skin irritation. They all showed up about a year and a half to two years after my habits went downhill. I assume the containers came with independent verification?

It's been about six weeks since I started this regimen and I've dropped three kilograms so far with my current weight at eighty one kilos and height one point eight meters. My main goal now is to eliminate the fat around my lower abdomen and sides. I'm wondering whether to continue with what I'm using or incorporate something else since I've read that one option targets fat reduction more effectively.

Up to now, Motsc really hasn't delivered anything worthwhile.

My take is to just keep using reta alone without bringing in anything extra. Tesa costs far too much relative to what you get back from it, even from grey sources.

Right at the beginning NAD+ stood out the most by making me feel energetic and full of life. That effect wore off after a few months. These days reta is what shows the clearest change when it comes to dropping weight. My appetite is starting to return though, which isn't ideal at the 6mg level.

Reta takes the top spot as the best fat burner. It helped me shed the final 35 pounds to reach my target faster and with better results than the first six months on tirz, plus fewer stomach issues and no nausea. I'm really impressed, which might explain why Eli Lily is pushing legal action so aggressively.

The combination of reta and tesa produced strong results for me. If reta alone is already working well then keep going with it for now. Eventually a plateau will happen and that's when adding tesa makes sense. No point changing something that's effective.

Reta was the first one I tried. I'm not carrying extra weight but when I tested it early on the scale moved down fast, quicker than expected or probably ideal, even at a modest amount. Went from already lean to even leaner. IGF-1 LR3 is another one that produces an immediate noticeable change because it acts right away. I've used it in short stretches under six weeks and get solid training sessions when I pin it before workouts.

Glutathione stands above every other antioxidant even if you put them all together. It is the strongest one.

Reta has been excellent. Tirz worked well too. Motsc did nothing. HGH for six months at 2iu produced zero changes in skin, recovery or sleep despite using a verified source and seeing IGF1 rise by two z-scores. I consider it one of the most overhyped items around. GHKcu gave a small skin benefit. NAD+ creates a mild rush only when taken above normal amounts but no lasting baseline shift. Bioregulators across seven different ones over two years showed no clear effects. Wolverine gave about twenty percent help with tennis elbow. Selank and Semax produced nothing whether used nasally or subcutaneously. What actually moved the needle most was two hundred milligrams of testosterone split into daily subcutaneous shots together with reta, rosuvastatin, zetia and bolsomra for sleep. At fifty three I'm sitting at eight percent body fat on dexa and feel better than I did in my thirties when I weighed three hundred sixty five pounds as an insulin dependent diabetic with severe obesity.

Could you share more details about the positive results from that combination?

How long have you been using TRT? Have you kept the dose at two hundred milligrams per week subcutaneously the whole time? You mentioned no noticeable change even when combining TRT with HGH?

Going back to an earlier remark that still rings true. Seeing others hit their slimming targets feels uplifting, and even modest gains deserve notice. Yet when sharing a photo of the scale that shows bare toes, covering them up first would spare everyone the view. Quite a few pairs look pretty rough without anything on.

No noticeable difference came from the TRT plus HGH stack. Maybe going past two iu daily would change that, but the z-score was already plus two at that level so I saw no reason to increase further. I've been on TRT for three years. I began at one hundred twenty five milligrams and raised it gradually to reach my upper free and total test range while keeping HCT in check. Two hundred milligrams is roughly the highest I can go without pushing HCT too far.

Haha, checked out those messages this morning. Really useful stuff to follow! πŸ‘

Reta started working within twenty four hours of the first dose.

Fat loss comes from reta. Energy comes from MOTS-C, 5 Amino 1 MQ and NAD+.
