Yeah, 6 mg is too high to begin reta even with prior tirz use. It is safer to start no higher than 2 mg and consider twice-weekly or every-other-day microdosing. You could add another 1 mg later in the week if the first dose feels insufficient after a few days. Some GI effects can appear up to five days later. During the switch it may be wiser to focus on holding weight and improving body composition rather than expecting continued loss. The main problems seem to come from dropping tirz too fast or raising reta too quickly. Low and slow with frequent small adjustments usually works better.
Hi everyone. After four months on an accelerated plan through telehealth I reached 15 mg tirz weekly, which feels too expensive to keep up, especially since I want to explore other peptides for longevity and fat loss as a 39-year-old woman. From reading around I understand it is possible to lower tirz gradually while introducing reta. I am curious how others handled the switch, how quickly they dropped tirz, and what starting dose of reta they chose. A nutritionist recommended beginning at 6 mg reta and cutting tirz, but that seems too aggressive. Has anyone made this transition successfully? For the women here, are there other peptides worth considering for stacking?
