Is anyone here taking the Wolverine stack and not getting the results they expect

17 replies10 peopleMay 22, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Why isn't the BPC-157 and TB-500 stack healing elbow or tendon injuries as expected despite standard dosing?

Users report minimal or no noticeable improvement over basic rest, ice, and NSAIDs even after weeks of subq injections at injury sites. Some add collagen peptides, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin C daily as potential missing factors, while others note dosing frequency or total weekly amounts may be too low. A few see partial benefits like reduced inflammation but still experience pain on load, leading several to discontinue after current supplies run out.

My current approach uses BPC at five hundred micrograms each morning and evening without fail. The shots go under the skin directly at the sore spot, and I alternate sides between my two elbows. On top of that I add TB at two point five milligrams every Monday plus Thursday, blending the two together in one syringe. So far I see no real difference in recovery compared to simple ice, basic pain pills, standard exercises, and cutting back on heavy lifts. I'm wondering whether the whole setup falls short or if the TB should be taken more often. A fresh order is on its way and I've still got about half my present supply left, so I can step things up if it seems needed.

Glad I managed to get things functioning properly now. What specific elbow problems are you aiming to address though? Might the product not be genuine like fake versions of those peptides? How much time have you used it for already? Also are you getting sufficient amounts of collagen along with hyaluronic acid and vitamin C?

PatientTimber45archiveMay 22

in all honesty this isn't some wonder recovery thing though it gets results

LevelBramble49archiveMay 22

Started with a ten milligram container split five milligrams each that provided eight days at a daily dose of two hundred fifty micrograms per item. My shoulder tendon problem improved eighty percent with clear results showing. This led me to order another batch.

Something like this? It has all the types. Eat 30 grams of what? Protein?

PlainAnchor67archiveMay 23

Every day I used a milligram of TB along with the same amount of BPC, yet nothing changed. Someone I know experienced identical results. Both of us have now removed them from what we do regularly.

I need to check which products I currently have for this. A blend of two powders lets me reach thirty grams of collagen each day. No other format would allow hitting that total on a regular basis.

I wonder if collagen from the sea carries a noticeable fish odor or taste because that would make it unusable for me.

Yeah it matches my experience too so I pass on those. Some cow based stuff smells unlike the sea version. I push it more by including green cardamom powder for extra irisin perks.

I came across an artificial intelligence discussion tying cardamom to irisin through investigations into how certain spices affect overall body processes. Work with people carrying extra weight who also deal with fatty liver conditions shows that regular use of the spice can raise irisin amounts found in the blood. Irisin works as a signaling substance produced in muscles during physical activity. It supports greater energy use, converts stored fat into warmth, and helps the body handle insulin more effectively. The spice holds various plant compounds that appear to turn on a central controller of how cells manage fuel, which then leads to higher circulation of that signaling substance. Raising both irisin and pathways that calm inflammation connects in trials to stronger insulin handling shown by lower resistance measures, improved blood fat readings with drops in triglycerides and the less desirable cholesterol type, plus less fat buildup in the liver among those same patients.

Someone I know reports favorable effects from trying out multiple proportions of that stack. Lately I created my own blend by combining seven BPC-157 containers with four TB4 ones. The actual content in each BPC vial measured twelve milligrams and the TB4 measured eleven point five milligrams. This gave me a combined eighty four milligrams BPC-157 plus forty six milligrams TB4. I reconstituted all of them using one milliliter of BAC water each. My calculation shows seven hundred sixty four micrograms BPC-157 together with four hundred eighteen micrograms TB4 for every ten units. Taking it two times daily amounts to one point five three milligrams BPC and zero point eight four milligrams TB4. Anybody spot problems here?

BrightSignal76archiveMay 29

My regular weekly intake is almost the same at seven milligrams for bpc and five for tb. What stands out is dosing tb only on mondays plus thursdays. Checking into how long they last in the system showed both lasting only hours. It makes me question the source of my tb dosing plan now that I've seen this info.

BrightSignal76archiveMay 29

Looking back at what I've done before, I started with a buildup period where I took one milligram daily across several weeks. After that I reduced it to two point five on Mondays and Thursdays until nothing remained. Results haven't been very noticeable so far, though I just started including collagen peptides recently.

QuietKettle32archiveMay 29

After three weeks of using this twice each day through shots the effects look pretty uncertain to me. It's tough to judge whether anything has changed much. There could be a bit of general healing along with reduced swelling yet nothing major stands out.

After finishing what's left of my supplies, I don't think I'll be using it anymore. It's been several weeks since I last worked out, and this morning I tried doing some pressing exercises for the chest again. There wasn't any discomfort when I wasn't moving, but the moment I began pushing, my elbows couldn't bend beyond a right angle without hurting. Because of that, I only did incomplete reps before switching to something else. I'll continue with the collagen and the other supplement until they're depleted, at which point I'll probably consult a physical therapist. At this stage, I figure the issue is mostly from built-up scar tissue. The tingling in my hands from nerve compression hasn't gone away either, which tells me there's still swelling inside the joint.

Cardamom is fantastic and I enjoy it so much. I ought to include it in more things I make. Currently I possess both pods and a concentrate.
