Yes! I recorded all my energy units from food, meal instructions, scale numbers, and beyond. Some rely on interesting phone programs for this task, while I preferred using a custom data sheet. Because substances were being introduced into my system, I decided to maximize my chances of meeting objectives. And I think that strategy worked well!
At the beginning of trying to lose weight I figured I would only watch the scale numbers. Before long that expanded into noting down body measurements, targets, small achievements and whatever thoughts came to mind. I had picked up a label printer to mark my prescriptions yet started using it on my journal pages as well. I added tags for meal suggestions, update entries and period targets so locating details takes less time. It seems like a minor habit but keeping things sorted makes the effort feel simpler overall. Does anyone else enjoy recording those minor successes?
