10ml and 3ml combo vial insert

Summary

where to find a 3D print file for combined 10ml and 3ml vial inserts that fit a 32 oz food jar

Users are hunting for printable inserts that let both sizes stack inside the same jar since single-size 10 ml versions leave wasted space. A few existing single-size models were shared and tested; two 10 ml inserts fit the jar height but the taller vials prevent stacking a second tier. One user offered to modify a base file if given vial height measurements, and printed results confirmed the space limits.

I've looked everywhere for a 3D print file for a 10 ml and 3 ml vial insert set for a 32 oz food jar. A 10 ml insert exists in public files but only one fits, leaving extra room. A 3 ml insert on top would fit for sure, and maybe even a short sideways one above that. These exist but are hard to get hold of.

Do you mean this model for 3 ml vials in the 32 oz thermos?

AmberPebble36archiveMay 28

Here is my alternative for those without the original thermos available: models for an 8-vial holder and a 36-vial holder that work with a 0.5 l stainless flask from a nearby furniture store.

My own search has covered many places as well. I keep wishing somebody will turn up and share an stl with the rest of us.

This one is only for 3 ml vials. Trying to find a 10 ml version is what's proving to be difficult.

I create my own designs instead of requesting files from anyone else. Given a starting model based on three millimeter thickness I could adapt it to fit ten milliliter containers. Just let me know the height of your containers.

Sorry to beg, I just have no idea how to make models. Here is the 10 ml height file. Two middle and one top fit in the jar.

Awesome! Thanks, firing up the printer right now.

WarmAnchor26archiveMay 29

I've printed two of the 10 ml vial inserts and two fit perfectly in a 32 oz jar.

Really? That's hilarious. Printing now to test.

BlueCompass15archiveMay 30

God dammit. Am I buying a 3D printer now?

🀣 🀣 Grabbed a unit back at the start of the year and it turned out super entertaining. So far I've made quite a few peptide-related objects such as the adapters, enclosures, bottle tops, and similar stuff.

Yeah a pair works fine yet those 10ml bottles stand higher so two layers won't go inside the container. Switching back to one level of 10ml plus one level of 3ml in the sack.

Yeah I learned that yesterday, after getting my order of NAD+
