Got it. I'll be using them together too so if it's uncommon I'll just hope for the best I guess. lol

Ghoul is a regular and helpful voice over there. Smart guy.

Just wrapped up a seven-week cycle of kisspeptin in the morning and 1 mg tesa at night. My free and total T both dropped instead of rising. I didn't feel any difference from either peptide. No belly fat loss, weight stayed the same, body fat didn't change. Not sure what to try next. Gear? Higher tesa dose? Switch to CJC? My free and total T had gone up when I was on ipamorelin before this tesa run so I was hoping for better results. IGF-1 and GH levels came back normal. GH was low at 0.2 but the blood draw was at 10:30 am so that was expected.

I've seen a couple other reports where ipa raised testosterone levels and a few where kisspeptin didn't do much. Wondering if more people can confirm the testosterone effects from ipa or share different kisspeptin results. I've been interested in both but if ipa has that extra benefit it might make kisspeptin less appealing.

It really shows why bloodwork matters when researching this stuff. I was only using 7.5 units of kisspeptin once a day because I read that overdoing it can shut things down. I expected LH and FSH to be higher after the cycle but they were low normal. Not sure. Thinking about taking this low free T result to a clinic and starting some testosterone to see how it affects me. Might try testagen next.

Curious what you're doing for the tennis elbow. I get it now and then too and haven't looked into the healing or regenerative peptides that might help yet.

Cartalax, ARA290, and laser light therapy.

BlueBeacon12archiveJan 14

How's that working so far? I've heard of Cartalax but not ARA290.

I'm using 0.25 mg BPC twice a day in my tricep. Also taking 2 mg GHK and 0.5 mg KPV once a day plus 2 mg TB500 every other day. Cartalax is on order and I'm waiting for it to arrive.

It's going well. Since I started the ARA290 and Cartalax injections plus the laser treatments I've been able to run again. Did two miles today for the first time in a long while. Twelve laser sessions at the chiro and started the two peptides a month ago so the results are pretty good.

What are you using to reconstitute the ARA? I've heard people mention gelling issues.

I didn't run into any thickening problems at all. I only went with bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. The other peptide, though, forms a thick gel right away if I skip adding vinegar to bring the acidity down near five. After that step it still needs time sitting in warmth before it loosens enough to pull into a syringe.

What dose did you use and how long did you run it? From what I've seen the recommended doses and cycle lengths vary quite a bit.

I'm dosing 1 mg at night. Planning at least twelve weeks. I figure the extra benefits from 2 mg might not be worth the risk of pushing IGF-1 too high or getting carpal tunnel. If needed I could go up to 1.5 mg. The sleep from 1 mg nightly has been really good.

PatientPebble85archiveJan 25

I'm doing 1 mg SQ daily for twenty days on the ARA290. Some suggestions are 4 mg daily but that would get expensive fast. Twenty days seems like the minimum. Could maybe extend to six or eight weeks.

Can you share how ARA290 has been working for you? Thanks.

BrightHarbour42archiveMay 15

Most people probably already know this but I didn't at first. If you have a history of sports injuries or arthritis, tesa can flare that up badly. I had to cut the recommended dose in half to avoid serious soreness. I was basically out of commission as a mom for two weeks until I figured it out. So if that sounds like you, titrate up slowly.

PlainWillow50archiveMay 15

That's part of what makes it hard to compare. Most people don't run ipa by itself. It's usually stacked with CJC or tesa to boost the GH pulse through separate pathways. Tesa stands out because it has its own documented effects especially on IGF-1, body recomp, and visceral fat loss. So when someone says ipa gave great sleep or recovery, they were often on a combo, which makes it tough to separate the effects. Still, because they dose ipa before bed it's easy to link it with the improved sleep.

What are your thoughts on whether ipa is even necessary?
