A couple points worth noting. That commentator is not a physician but a chiropractor and has a record of fraud. He speaks quickly but ultimately sells products. Someone close to me pays him a large yearly fee for his top-tier program even though he claims it is discounted from an even higher amount. The protocol he received is very basic. I told him better information is easy to find online. On the mixing question there is already a chart showing which peptides can and cannot go together. The blend mentioned is acceptable. The chart is attached for anyone interested.
Like many others here I have followed the arguments about whether blends are pointless compared to separate injections. One well-known voice insists on doing them one at a time while others say the blends work fine. Dosing in the blends may not suit highly customized plans, and after looking into one blend recently I see the point, yet I also want to avoid daily multiple shots. Injection fatigue is real for a lot of us. I took a break while traveling and noticed the usual spots felt better but overall I felt better when sticking to a schedule, so I am glad to be back on it even if my legs are not. Chris Duffin added something worth hearing in this discussion.
