Am I being too cheap and stupid ok

They ought to be all right provided they stayed sealed the whole time. I once received similar pens that traveled through very hot conditions in delivery trucks during summer and they still performed as expected.

I would go ahead and use them. I think everything will turn out fine.

If they were never used at all they should be fine. My is extremely high, with only a tiny allowance for the fact that nothing is ever 100 percent certain. If they had already been used they are still probably okay, though with a bit more uncertainty.

These pens contain preservatives so I believe they stay safe for about a month and I use them myself. The strength should also hold up. Put them straight back in the fridge. If I felt unsure I would begin with a small test amount and increase gradually while tracking the total to match my usual dose, watching for any odd reaction such as redness.

The label on the brand name product says unused pens can stay at room temperature for 21 days. Warm conditions are another matter. It probably will not cause any harm, though it might be slightly less effective.

I would not use them. The main concern is not sterility but breakdown of the peptide from the heat. More than a month without refrigeration is too long. Once mixed, these substances tend to lose quality over time.
