After mixing my 100mg vial of ghk-Cu into 10ml of bac water, I noticed large red welts on the skin a couple days later along with hard lumps underneath. I was dosing at 1.5mg. Should I add more liquid to thin it out? Has this happened to others?
For a 50mg amount you need a minimum of 6ml bac water to cut down on site reactions, so for the 100mg vial I would go with at least 12ml.
First time I mixed my 100mg with 12mL bac water. Each day I draw 2mg then add still more liquid in the syringe. No problems when I inject into the thickest part of my butt, though it stings a little elsewhere. For the next mix I plan to run it through a filter into a full 30mL bottle of bac water.
Some who also get the hard lumps draw the 2mg of GHK then pull extra bac water into the same syringe. A 1:4 ratio of the mixed GHK to the added bac water has worked for me to lessen this. To get rid of the fibrotic nodules I used red light, BPC daily plus TB twice a week around the spots, dry brushing, and massage. They are mostly gone after a month of that, though they had already been present for a couple months.

I inject into my butt cheek in the glute area using a half-inch needle and 3mL bac water with 100mg. My stomach could not tolerate the short needle so I switched and it worked. The fat in the butt area accepts it much better.
Spoke too soon. I injected into my love handles today and six hours later got a welt with redness at the site. I did not add as much extra bac water to the syringe as usual.
I had reactions in lots of different spots too until I followed the injection location shown in a video at the six-minute-forty mark. I started pinning exactly where the doctor in it recommended and have had no issues since. The spot is above the glutes, one inch below the waistline. Hope it works for you too.
You should see how bad my abdomen looks. Maybe I will try the glute once to check if it is any better.
Why add more bac water to each dose separately? Why not just mix with the larger total volume from the start and skip the extra step? Are you pulling the extra bac first then going into the Cu vial? I mix and filter a 50mg vial with 4.7ml then pin into the side of my butt using a 31g 8mm syringe and have no issues.
I assume that is because they are not using 10ml or larger vials.
Same thing happened to me so I had to quit injecting it because it was too painful. I began making topical serums with hyaluronic acid instead, which actually works, so the vials do not go to waste. Might be worth considering if you need to stop pinning.
I would probably hug you if you were here. I just looked it up. There is some discussion about using cosmetic grade GHK sold by the gram. I think the only difference was cost if buying retail. Can you share your recipe?
I would check that assumption. I thought cosmetic grade and research-use-only versions are not the same. Hopefully I am wrong and they are similar enough for safe topical use of the research material.
But they are so cheap. I reconstitute into 5ml sterile vials.
Can confirm glutes work. I also use antiseptic numbing wipes and like to think they help.
Am I missing something? I mixed my 100mg ghkcu with 3ml of bac water and inject 2.5mg daily. Why 12ml?
You must be one of the people who feels nothing from GHK-CU. Myself and most but not all of the people here have reactions when injecting it. Dilution helps a lot.
I had the hard spots that lasted many weeks after only pinning in the outer thigh area. My guess is poor circulation there. I started adding more bac water and switched to the hip or upper glute area with no more problems. I have also tried lidocaine cream 5 percent before pinning. Results are inconsistent but when it works it is nice. The trick is waiting long enough but not too long after applying.
I never realized something like this could occur. Occasionally there's a mild prickling sensation during the injection, though it's mild and lasts only briefly. Back at the beginning, the initial injections caused discomfort lasting around two hours later, yet I failed to link it until recently. Since those early days, it's no longer an issue. Feeling thankful that it doesn't affect me anymore, though wow, it might have turned out badly without awareness of these details from the outset, especially if my response matched what others experienced.
The container lacks enough space inside. I mix seventy milligrams of that copper peptide into five milliliters of bacteriostatic water, yet each day I still have to add another sixty units of the sterile liquid to my fifteen units of already mixed solution to cut down on those histamine responses. It takes barely any more effort, just swapping to a fresh needle or reusing a blunt one once the twist-lock syringes run out.
