My loss is my gain!

Summary

How much weight can someone lose in six weeks with a polished diet, a very physical job, and medications like Test E plus another compound while tracking sides and health markers?

One user reports dropping roughly 40 lbs in six weeks, mostly fat after accounting for water, with almost no lean mass loss thanks to 200 mg weekly Test E. Vision improved noticeably and appetite for junk food, alcohol, and other treats dropped without major sides except lower libido. Others congratulated the pace but one questioned whether losing that fast is healthy; the original poster replied they feel comfortable, plan quarterly bloodwork, and received positive feedback from a coach on future body composition.

I'm just sharing some good vibes here. I haven't visited any fitness center at all, relying instead on a very refined eating routine. Happy to explain my full preparation approach and schedule if folks want details. Everything comes from one big retailer and the meal prep stays quick plus tasty. My job stays quite active too, with eleven hour shifts that usually involve ten to twenty kilometers of movement. I hold a supervisory position in heavy building work, so it's mostly pacing around plus climbing steps rather than hands on tasks. Fitting in gym sessions feels tough given the hours, yet I aim to clear those government deductions before the week wraps up. Other Canadians will recognize what I mean. Check out this quick look at my log. Almost no lean tissue disappeared, which I credit to the two hundred milligrams of prescribed testosterone enanthate each week. Looking forward to posting the full story later, including pictures, compound lists, and observations. Really thankful for all the quiet reading and learning I've done in this spot. Everyone here comes across as thoughtful and knowledgeable.

Wow, that's an amazing accomplishment! Shedding forty pounds over just six weeks seems wild. Stick with it. As your weight drops further, the weekly loss rate tends to decrease, so checking the percentage changes helps me stay encouraged. I follow that approach myself haha

Wow, that's really impressive! Your advancement has got to leave you excited. I understand regarding the contributions, since my role doesn't offer extra hours, the ceiling arrives later in the year for me. Any reactions when dosage rose during the fifth week? Discovering this option has been quite transformative, hasn't it?

No negative effects except my eyesight getting clearer. I can see fine without wearing my glasses anymore, and the lenses I have now feel off. Planning an appointment with the optometrist soon. The way it curbs hunger isn't extreme. I just don't feel drawn to stuff that used to trigger those reward responses, including junk like fast food, candy, desserts, alcohol, and intimate activities done sensibly. The one downside I've noticed is a drop in sex drive. I often get really absorbed in things I care about, so that could explain it. Not certain though. Also unsure if I'll increase to the next level. Might keep it where it is or go up a bit. Appreciate the supportive comments.

Probably around ten to fifteen pounds came from fluid retention caused by swelling and puffiness from carrying extra weight. If the fat reduction hit twenty-five pounds over six weeks that averages roughly four pounds weekly which seems high yet I'm fine with it. This week I'm scheduling a full set of blood tests and plan to repeat them every three months. My old trainer reviewed my updates and pictures and believes at two hundred forty pounds I'd appear quite thin. Dropping another thirty to reach two hundred sixty should bring out clear abdominal muscles and get me to a good body mass according to him.

I got some amazing news recently. Today I visited the eye doctor. She couldn't believe how much better my eyesight is now. When she mentioned sphere and cylinder values, since I'm an engineer I requested a straightforward figure instead. It turns out my current lenses are overly powerful, with the strength reduced around fifteen percent. Before starting reta, my blood sugar wasn't elevated at all, despite my build, which means I can exclude that possibility. I'm absolutely thrilled about this.
