Stack thoughts?

Summary

Is adding MT2, NAD, GHKcu and cagri to an existing Tirz and Reta stack too much for weight loss?

The original poster is already on 10 mg Tirz and 5 mg Reta and wants to layer in four more compounds for extra appetite control and other effects without raising GLP doses. One reply warns that MT2 often brings unpleasant sides and that testing multiple new items together makes reactions hard to trace. Another notes that 5 mg Reta is below the typical therapeutic window and suggests focusing on dose optimization of the current pair instead. The discussion ends mid-sentence while the second user explains their own bridging plan centered on Reta.

Hey everyone, I've been trying out different combinations lately. Using Reta and Tirz for weight loss and it's working well together, so please don't criticize. I've got MT2, NAD, GHKcu, and cagri coming and plan to add them in. My appetite control varies, but I don't want to up my GLP doses. What do you think? Is this overdoing it? I'm worried I'm getting too into the looksmaxxing thing lately.

MT2 comes with quite a few unpleasant side effects for lots of people. Since you're already on Reta and Tirz, adding Cagri and MT2 for even more appetite control seems excessive. Would you even want to eat anything? It looks like too much all at once. Plus, introducing several new substances together isn't smart because if something goes wrong, you won't know which one is responsible.

How much are you taking these days and what do you aim for?

Weight loss is something I'm fixated on excessively. Yet I'm still overweight, which makes it dominate my thoughts. My mindset doesn't align with my body, and that's odd. The earlier message I wrote wasn't clear. I wouldn't combine all of them in a single day because that could cause problems. Instead, I'll start with very small amounts of each one separately.

10mg Tirz, 5mg Reta. Goals 100ib loss at least. 51ib down.

From what I can tell the injections have become more of a pastime than anything else and that pattern shows up now and then yet it does little to move the needle on shedding another fifty pounds. Given that target it would make sense to zero in on steps that actually support it. What prompted the decision to combine those two substances? The larger dose of the first sits inside the useful window while the smaller dose of the second generally falls short. At the moment I am also shifting between them with the original one tapering off at 2.25 milligrams and the replacement building toward 7.5. The change lets me bring in extra receptor activity that may lift resting calorie burn beyond what the first compound supplies. The replacement appears to hit useful levels for most people once weekly intake reaches six to eight milligrams.

Your perspective is appreciated since it offers good value. Could you detail the effective dosage range for reta? I grasp some of your idea, but are you indicating that increasing my amount and tweaking my administration pattern might work better than trying cagri instead? Do you take 7.5mg each week or does the figure reflect your complete average rate?

From the data it looks like effective dosing starts around four milligrams each week. Eight milligrams delivered about a third more reduction than that lower amount, yet twelve milligrams added just six percent on top of the eight. This points to solid results beginning at four milligrams and little extra payoff past eight. I split the difference and treat six milligrams as my personal effective floor, knowing bigger amounts often speed things up but run into tolerance issues faster. My aims are steady reduction in body fat while keeping muscle, plus a workable schedule to get there. I currently have three different tools available and intend to rely on the one that seems strongest for my targets right now. Should any unwanted effects appear I will switch and recalibrate. The immediate step is moving away from the previous compound as the new one takes over. I have no intention of adding the third option unless something shifts. Keeping muscle means still eating enough and training. I want to quiet hunger and reduce constant thoughts about food without wiping out appetite entirely, so I can still choose meals thoughtfully and keep the whole process maintainable over time. My target average level sits near seven and a half to ten milligrams weekly to match the steady exposure from six to eight milligrams, which means occasional higher spikes depending on how often I dose.
