Longest BPC-157, TB 500, and KPV cycle that you've done?

Summary

How long can you safely run BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV together for tendon issues?

Users report running the combination for 4-10 months continuously with ongoing improvement and no apparent issues. KPV is viewed as the safest to keep going indefinitely, while TB-500 is the one most often cycled off after 12-16 weeks. Many keep KPV and GHK-Cu daily year-round and only pause the others when symptoms resolve or to test ongoing need.

I'm dealing with wrist tenosynovitis and have been using BPC, TB, and KPV for 8 weeks. I planned to stop at 8 weeks but still have symptoms even though there's been some improvement. How much longer is it reasonable to keep going? Is there anything else worth adding?

The risks seem mostly theoretical to me, especially since these aren't continuous IV infusions. I'm too lazy to bother with the non-GLP versions for extended periods, but I'd say just continue until the symptoms are gone. If you want to play it extra safe you could switch to just KPV during any future break. Because it breaks down so easily with enzymes, KPV is probably the safest one to run at higher doses or without breaks.

What dosage are you at?

Right? I use KPV every day. Same with GHK-Cu.

I never cycle KPV myself. I've been on it for nearly a year now. I don't cycle the blend either, just keep going until I see solid improvement. This round I've been on it since July.

Yeah but for how long though. I can't picture pinning every day for three, five, or ten years. People stop even real prescribed meds all the time because they won't stick with daily or near-daily injections.

Same. Wait, what's this all about again?

Pin three to seven times a day, fixed that for you.

I've been running the blend every day for 10 months. I reconstitute with 3 mL and inject 20-25 units. I run and lift weights almost daily.

Plenty of people on HRT pin daily or every other day, and diabetics do multiple shots a day. I've been on TRT for 15 years pinning every other day and got used to it, even with 1-inch IM needles. 6 mm subq is nothing. Just build up a set of pens and it's easy.

I used the blend for 3 months then kept going with just KPV plus GHK-Cu. Saw someone on reddit say they'd been using the blend nonstop for 4 years.

BPC-157 can basically go indefinitely; my doctor takes 1 mg a day year-round. TB-500 is usually around 12 weeks, maybe 16 if the dose is lower than average. KPV looks like it can go for several months based on what I've seen. TB-500 is the one you'd want to take a break from, typically 4-6 weeks.

Yeah, with my own blend I switch batches to give the TB a break for that reason plus cost. I'll probably change that once more of the commercial version shows up.

I've read a lot like most people here. I do telehealth with a longevity doctor a couple times a year and order a few things through him. His clinical experience leads to pretty similar guidelines for patients, probably on the cautious side. It can act like a medication where long-term use stops producing noticeable effects, so a break helps check if it's still doing anything. These peptides don't do much for me when I'm already feeling fine, but they do seem to speed recovery after procedures so I can get to the next one sooner.

On the plus or minus side for TB-500, the biological checkpoints in mice are weaker, with looser tolerances and fewer backup layers.

I only have a couple vials left, so I'm still in the minors and not big-league levels yet.

CL, I'm pretty sure I'd like to know what's in your post. Can you put it into plain understandable terms?

In other words cycling is for people in assisted living waiting on single-vial deliveries. Everyone knows that. But seriously it just circles back to the big open question of best dosing for anything in the blend, even when cycling. At least ARA-290 has established dosing at 4 mg for the first four weeks.

First sentence had me leaning in, not gonna lie. Assisted living and waiting on deliveries are topics that hit close to home at my age. I'm still working through the rest and reserve the right to ask follow-up questions.

I ran the three peptides daily for the last 4 months while training for a marathon to help an old injury and handle the extra load. Now that the race is done I'm taking a break from BPC and TB but keeping daily KPV and recently added GHK-Cu. I'll probably restart BPC and TB in a couple months when training starts again. If some of the blend arrives by then I'll use that, otherwise I'll keep making my own.

2 mg of TB three times per week. KPV and BPC at 500 mcg each daily.

BlueSignal97archive14h

The blend plus an extra 1 mg of KPV every day for the past 9 months.
