What’s your pin count? Not body count. Pin count.

Summary

What's the highest number of injections in one day and total compounds tried by people running peptide and hormone stacks?

Forum users report daily pin counts ranging from 2 up to 13 in a single day, with some maintaining 5-9 regularly across multiple compounds like GLP-1s, test, HGH, BPC, and mitochondrial peptides. Several describe kitchen-sink protocols that feel like a hobby, while others deliberately cap at three to avoid turning injections into a lifestyle. Most add compounds gradually and track personal results rather than isolating effects.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether exceeding three daily pins turns research into an unnecessary hobby versus simply running an effective multi-compound protocol.

It occurred to me that with the number of compounds some people run, this question should be asked out in the open. My highest was 7 shots in one day and I've sampled around 15 different compounds overall. It's getting to the point where it feels like a full protocol and I'm basically a regular at the sharps container place. So what's the most pins anyone else has done in a single day, and how many total compounds have you tried? No judgment, just curiosity from me and a couple friends who keep telling themselves one more small shot is fine.

WryPebble28archiveMar 25

Probably 5-6 in a day was my max. I've tried most of the popular peptides at different doses and schedules, but the ones that actually moved things for me were Reta and TRT+. Everything else seemed pretty minor by comparison. Right now I'm testing injectable L-carnitine to see how it goes. I might go back to Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin at some point, but a lot of the others feel like hype with benefits too small to bother with.

SteadyQuill55archiveMar 25

I work hard to keep it at three even on the busiest days. That covers my main GLP-1, a secondary low-dose GLP-1 if I'm stacking, and then one of KLOW, Epitalon, or SS-31. If I ever need more than three, I have to stop and ask whether turning this into a hobby of shooting up mystery powders is really what I want to spend my time on.

IronBramble31archiveMar 25

Nine in one day. Full kitchen sink protocol.

SlowKettle71archiveMar 25

There have to be some heavier users out there.

LevelThistle44archiveMar 25

I did 5 on 1-21-26: Reta 2.5 mg, Tirz 2 mg while bridging, BPC 0.5 mg twice, and Test 40 mg.

PlainAnchor67archiveMar 26

Four pins on Mondays, three on Thursdays, two on Monday-Wednesday-Friday.

QuietAlder25archiveMar 26

Glutathione, Tirz or Maz depending on the day, Tesa/Ipa combined, IGF-1 LR3 (two pins one syringe), KLOW, B-12. That puts me at 5-7 on weekdays. It went up to 9 when I added ARA-290 and the mitochondria stuff. In two weeks when I cycle almost everything off it will drop to 1 or 2.

GreySparrow51archiveMar 26

9-10 on some days. Five is the lowest I do now on my current stack.

WryQuill58archiveMar 26

Yikes, looking at the numbers is a little alarming. Eight in the morning and four in the evening.

AmberBeacon65archiveMar 26

Four every day and five every sixth day. When you realize how many syringes that adds up to over a year it starts to feel unreal.

PatientFenwick39archiveMar 26

Not all daily, but my highest single day was probably 13 pins: 250 mg Test-E, 150 Primo, 4 IU HGH, 500 IU HCG, 4 mg Reta, two 250 mcg BPC-157 (AM/PM), 3 mg TB500, 2 mg GHK-Cu, 250 mcg KPV, 250 mcg FOX04-DRI, 5 mg SS-31, 2 mg MOTS-c.

SteadyAnchor73archiveMar 26

Went all out once with three pins in the morning and six at night for three weeks straight. Right now I'm at four pins and four sniffs.

PatientFenwick39archiveMar 26

We're lucky most peptides can go subQ. Doing this many IM or especially IV would be a lot worse.

MOTS-c on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. GHK-Cu every night. Tirzepatide once a week. So far I've used 70 out of a 100-pack of 30-gauge insulin syringes. Tirz came in Mounjaro pens and I've gone through about four of those.

SteadyTimber49archiveMar 26

You all are on another level. I do daily KLOW and weekly Reta. Some MOTS-c is on the way so that will make it two on any given day.

My highest days were four: estrogen, testosterone, GLP-1, NAD+. Just started Cu/BPC but dropped the GLP. If I'm going to pin a lot I might as well get the skin benefits too. Note that if you have a uterus and take estrogen you need progesterone to protect it. I'm using oral and it's working fine for me.

After that airlock thread it's clear people really shouldn't be going into veins. Airlock works well, but most folks don't research enough for that to be safe.

No, I'm actually enthusiastic about it.

PatientWillow11archiveMar 26

I thought I was doing a lot until I read this. I pin 12 times a week.

How has ARA-290 been for you? I've got nondiabetic neuropathy in hands and feet and want to try it once I drop a few things from my current shoulder protocol.

QuietAlder25archiveMar 26

Finished a kit about two months ago and it seemed to clear up my sciatica almost completely. It's starting to come back a bit in the last week and I'm waiting on a new kit. Hard to know for sure if ARA-290 was the one that helped since I'm running so many things at once. Next kit will be more isolated.

WarmHarbour52archiveMar 26

KLOW daily, Tirzepatide on Fridays, glutathione on Monday Wednesday Friday, NAD daily.

WarmSparrow33archiveMar 26

I don't think I could handle that many in a day. How do you even tell which one is doing anything when you're running so many at once?

SlowTimber14archiveMar 26

Can I just say the sharps tub was empty two days ago?

IronBramble31archiveMar 26

Not many people seem to have good luck with it, and the ones who do often see symptoms return quickly like you did. I was on 2400 mg of Gabapentin and it barely touched it, then switched to Lyrica but I'm already at max dose. I'll give ARA-290 a try after I drop a few things. Did you run 4 mg for 28 days?

AmberBeacon65archiveMar 27
↳ replying to @WarmSparrow33

I've added them one at a time. Started with daily TRT and noticed better well-being, mood, and interest in training pretty quickly. Added Reta and lost 35 lb in 3.5 months with almost no food noise. Added KLOW and at my age people started asking about my skin routine, plus better nails and hair. My wife started it too after seeing the difference. Added HGH at two pins a day and sleep, energy, and intensity all jumped. I work circles around the younger guys at the golf course and get asked if I'm on something. Probably adding DSIP and NAD+ next.

ClearTimber11archiveMar 27

I do six pins a day and had to get a sharps clipper to deal with the volume.

PatientFenwick39archiveMar 27
↳ replying to @SlowTimber14

I hear you. This is a 7-liter bin by the way.

LevelTimber64archiveMar 28

Way lower than my body count. Two max in a day and I've tried five different products total.

QuietAlder20archiveMar 28

Currently AM: Test C, KLOW, glutathione, NAD+. PM: HGH, SS-31 or MOTS-c alternating monthly, Tesa winding down. Weekly: Tirz/Reta blend. Quarterly staggered: FOX04-DRI while pausing almost everything else except HGH, Test C, and the GLP.
