Seeking opinions about whether a testing company alters outcomes to increase earnings. Failed tests do not allow returns or exchanges from the seller. Mainly want reassurance on items lacking any third-party checks or seller analysis through another service. Experiences from people familiar with this company would help.
Not familiar with the service but have seen comments on the forum about inconsistent or low-quality testing work. Notice the hidden joke in the original post.
It took me time to notice you are using a mocking label for the testing outfit. Clicking the certificate link does not lead to anything genuine. You get what you pay for.
They are not scammers. The system was set up to automatically replace the business name with a milder version that appears in print. It is one of several similar automated features.
Some of their lab results can be checked through QR codes or verification numbers if that helps. Creating an account on the site also gives access to extra details about any test you are viewing.
