My buddy needs some assistance and my thoughts are all jumbled today. She started using 10 milligrams of her current prescription and is just getting into this unofficial method. She wants to avoid bigger shots if possible, and that is understandable. I directed her to use purification and fresh clean containers. Now, at what strength does this become unsafe? Around forty milligrams per milliliter or maybe sixty? She is looking at mixing a pair of thirty milligram containers using only one milliliter of the diluting liquid altogether. That results in sixty milligrams per milliliter combined. My personal limit so far has been thirty milligrams per milliliter. The calculation tool even alerted me after I entered a higher number by mistake. Everything feels confusing right now.

I wonder what her container actually tested at, maybe sixty four milligrams or sixty nine or close to that. For my part I mixed one milliliter of bacteriostatic water into a vial verified at sixty four point two one milligrams and pulled roughly thirteen units. When I plugged the real tested strength instead of the labeled sixty into the online reconstitution tool it immediately showed a warning at that volume. I kept increasing the liquid until the display shifted to blue or green and everything worked out fine for me with smaller drawn amounts.

With a sixty milligram vial and ten milligram doses that gives six weeks from each container or perhaps inquiring about another aspect.

Another point comes up though. The vial doesn't contain exactly sixty milligrams from the extra volume present. The question is about an acceptable strength for the solution. Using sixty four point two one milligrams per milliliter worked out okay for me.

I put one milliliter into both thirty milligram containers before combining the contents into a single one. That gives me sixty milligrams total in two milliliters. For a ten milligram shot I pull thirty three units. Alternatively when I used only half a milliliter per container I ended up with sixty milligrams in one milliliter so ten milligrams comes to seventeen units.

Not trying to interrupt the thread, but users really should account for how amounts can exceed or fall below expectations when figuring out portions. Nothing ever contains a precise quantity of that substance. Miscalculations like this often cause nausea or the impression that nothing is happening.

Once everything mixes in properly it should work fine. I always check that hardly any fluid remains because those final bits hold most of the strength. It bugs me to wonder how much of the active stuff might still be sitting there unused.

The containers come in at 120 milligrams but tend to hold extra liquid, bringing the total closer to 130 or even 140. Can't see any practical way to deal with the whole thing except splitting it with someone else. I've prepared a solution at 64.21 milligrams per milliliter and ran into zero trouble. It all hinges on the amount of liquid they plan to draw for each shot.

The vial contains sixty milligrams altogether. Therefore ten units correspond to six milligrams. They factor in an additional amount between four and nine milligrams, but I ignore that detail. Injecting fifteen milligrams might actually deliver seventeen point three or something close, yet it makes no difference to me because the next time will be five or six days later anyway.

Handed her a couple of my thirty mg containers so she'd have enough until the month ended. Group testing showed an average extra fill around two point something milligrams so after mixing she actually had close to sixty five milligrams total. That comes out to sixty five mg per ml. This math is brutal. Spent the whole day swamped with computer tasks and now my recall lets everything slip through like a screen door.

I came across a nicer tool for working out how to mix these compounds. It figures the needed amounts, the markings on the injector, and any loss during filtering really fast. I went with it since it shows right away if things look okay or need care.

I follow what you mean and might want to try that approach myself. I work out rough numbers mentally then lose track of the figures along with how much liquid went into each container. So I started marking bottles with stickers and pens. I joke about waiting five weeks before using them but I really do the labeling. You were probably asking about using the smallest amount of liquid in a high strength bottle and it seems fine unless the mix gets too dense to inject smoothly or leads to soreness swelling or redness. For example I handle intramuscular shots of an antioxidant mix normally meant for six milliliters in an infusion setup but I use only three and take one and a half milliliters every third day which stings briefly. I figure adding one hundred or one hundred fifty units of liquid to the peptide vial works okay. With my upcoming thirty milligram order I plan to use one hundred fifty units so fifteen units give the full amount when combining or ten to fifteen units on their own.

Suppose the whole container got used up in one shot then the strength comes out to six point nine milligrams per ten units and twenty or twenty five units would suit me fine.

I left extra volume out of my math since nothing was said about it. Batches differ a lot in that regard, with some coming up short instead. Adding to what I said before, assuming the container holds 65mg means those 17 units equal 10.9mg. It's really no major issue though. To land nearer to 10mg she could go with 15 units.

People new to this probably shouldn't guess the strength is precisely that number. They risk swallowing more than they meant to and getting sick, or taking less and deciding it does nothing. Most handle extra without trouble, but maybe someone gets unwell and accuses the provider of the issue. That's the whole thing.

I figured drawing up bigger volumes would feel unpleasant, yet because of the uncertainty when estimating the actual peptide amount per container, I favor diluting with additional bacteriostatic water for a weaker solution and thus larger injection amounts. That reduces how much the dosage in milligrams varies if I'm off by one or two units, unlike stronger concentrations requiring smaller volumes. Drawing roughly forty units also turned out to be no issue for me despite my initial concerns.

Oh, the potency level shouldn't impact safety at all. Think about how clinics introduce drugs into their drip systems. It's really just applying a smaller volume of liquid.

I recall something known as red man's syndrome from rapid delivery of vancomycin. In my situation the rate got adjusted down to a weaker mix since my head swelled massively and turned red like an oversized tomato. Maybe I'll ask her to include additional bac inside the bottle she uses.

That's a fair observation. I doubt a vial can hold more than 2 ml of bac water, and at 1.5 they already seem quite full to me.

It might not seem important from where you stand, yet it could matter quite a bit to somebody else. I prefer to mention the fill variation so people can watch how they feel instead of just telling them it's okay. I avoid running any numbers without first checking the paperwork. That's really what I'm trying to get across. An extra milligram or two might not bother you or most folks, but it could leave another person feeling off or wondering why nothing seems to be happening.
