Question about Sermorelin reconstitution

Why does reconstituted Sermorelin stay cloudy even after trying different BAC water amounts and brands?

The original vials stayed cloudy after mixing with 2 ml or 3 ml of refrigerated BAC water and after warming to room temperature. The same water worked fine on another peptide. Switching to a different brand of BAC water produced the same cloudy result with undissolved powder. One reply suggested the peptide may be sensitive to pH or water quality and advised testing a higher-grade BAC water before discarding anything; another proposed adding acetic acid to clear it.

This is my first time posting for advice, so sorry if it's in the wrong spot. I mixed a 10 mg vial of Sermorelin with 2 ml of BAC water and the result looked cloudy. I tried a second vial with 3 ml of the same water and got the same outcome. The water was new and had been kept cold, which I thought shouldn't cause issues, and letting the mixture reach room temperature didn't change anything. That same water mixed fine with another peptide and looked clear. Has anyone run into this before? Everything points to a bad batch, so should I just throw it out? The pictures were taken after swirling and waiting over 12 hours.

Which brand of BAC water did you use? Also, just a note that semaglutide is usually shortened to sema, so calling Sermorelin by that name might mix people up.

Thanks for pointing that out, I fixed the wording. No particular brand, it just came with the kit, and I've had no problems using it except with this peptide.

Some peptides are more sensitive than others and pH can matter quite a bit. I'd try a higher-quality brand of BAC water and test with that before getting rid of the kit. Skip using the cloudy vials unless they clear up on their own. Do the mixed vials look somewhat thick or viscous? It almost seems like there could be some clumping, though it's hard to tell for sure. If it looks thick, I'd get rid of the ones you've already mixed.

Thanks. A better brand of BAC water is arriving tomorrow, so I'll try mixing another vial with that.

The new BAC water showed up today and I mixed another vial. It still looks cloudy and the powder doesn't seem to want to dissolve, which makes me think this is just a bad batch. Any thoughts?

That doesn't look good. You could try adding a little acetic acid to see if it clears up.
