Tesamorelin Ipamorelin Stacks Kisspeptin Results and Healing Peptide Protocols

68 replies25 peopleSep 6, 2025☆ Follow
Summary

What are real-user outcomes, dosing practices, and side-effect management when combining tesamorelin with ipamorelin or other peptides for fat loss, sleep, and injury recovery?

Users report gradual titration of tesamorelin/ipamorelin stacks improves sleep while variable water retention and carpal tunnel risk remain; kisspeptin produced testosterone drops and no fat-loss benefit in prior ipamorelin responders. Healing peptides (BPC, TB500, GHK, KPV, ARA290, Cartalax) plus laser are shared for tennis elbow and similar injuries with reconstitution and dosing notes. Sermorelin is positioned as a milder long-term option; flares from tesa and individual peptide contributions to sleep are still debated.

Thinking about trying tesamorelin and wondering if anyone has experience with it, good or bad, and what side effects might show up.

QuietAlder20archiveSep 7, 2025

I’ve had better results with tesamorelin than with ipamorelin plus cjc. After reading the clinical trials I’m near the end of a 26-week run at 2 mg daily, five days on and two off. Combined with tirz it took off a lot of visceral and subq fat. I mix 10 mg with 2.5 ml BAC and pin 50 units before bed Monday through Friday.

CopperLantern92archiveSep 7, 2025

Right now I’m only on reta but I’ve already seen a small loss in muscle, not visible but my biceps measurement dropped almost half an inch. That’s why I’m looking at tesamorelin to help keep muscle and finish off the last stubborn belly fat. I was planning to stack reta with cjc no dac plus ipamorelin for muscle retention, tb500 for recovery from physical work and workouts, and ghkcu for skin. Does that sound like a solid stack?

QuietAlder20archiveSep 7, 2025

That return of food noise was exactly my issue with ipa even on 15 mg tirz, and the fat loss stopped.

Our situations line up closely. Physical job plus swimming and lifting. Everything I read says tesa beats cjc. Adding ipamorelin is supposed to make tesa work better. Only a month in but it seems to be holding muscle and my strength is up. Started ghk-cu and bpc three weeks ago then added kpv and tb500. Old injuries feel better and less pain might let me lift heavier, or maybe it’s the tesa and ip. Adding peptides quickly but it’s going well so far.

Good to hear, so I can pull it from the freezer and try it. I was also worried about adding too many peptides at once. Just wondering what your pinning schedule looks like.

QuietAlder25archiveSep 7, 2025

20 mg tirz once a week, tesa and ip at 1 mg and 0.5 mg five days on two off, klow 80 once a day.

Those compounds produced no noticeable effects whatsoever when I tried them. In my view, they lack the ability to create any significant impact at all. What is your age, and are there medical conditions stopping you from using actual growth hormone instead of spending on those pointless releasing agents?

CopperLantern92archiveSep 7, 2025
↳ replying to @CopperWillow54

I’m 26 with no health issues. What would you suggest?

CopperWillow54archiveSep 7, 2025
↳ replying to @CopperLantern92

At your age you’re probably making plenty of gh already and may not need anything. You might still see skin benefits and some visceral fat loss from 1 to 2 iu hgh daily about an hour before bed on an empty stomach. For serious muscle maybe 3 to 4 iu, but I wouldn’t go higher than that at 26.

SharpCinder28archiveSep 7, 2025

If you’re curious get bloodwork for igf-1 to see your level. I did that at 48. Fitomics was the cheapest option even with the membership. Most guys also check testosterone and primary care is used to ordering it.

QuietAlder20archiveSep 8, 2025
↳ replying to @QuietAlder25

I give the credit for less pain, healing, and faster workout recovery to bpc and tb500, with ghk and kpv helping too. I started those first and felt the relief. Only added ipa and tesa later for fat burning.

QuietAlder25archiveSep 8, 2025

Tesa and ip get your body to make more hgh. Pinning hgh itself works better of course. I’m 63 so lower natural production makes hgh worth considering, but right now the focus is weight loss. I plan to add muscle-building stuff later and will get the blood tests then for safety. You’re lucky to be somewhere hgh possession is legal. Smart to learn from others’ experiences here.

SharpCinder28archiveSep 8, 2025

My baseline was clinically low testosterone but above average igf-1 for my age. So while I like hgh and everything else, I like trt a lot more.

BrightBeacon35archiveSep 8, 2025

Got a kit of tesamorelin and can’t wait to start. Hoping for the sleep benefits others mention. Cjc and ipa wrecked my sleep from night one last time I tried them for eight weeks. Fingers crossed this time.

QuietAlder25archiveSep 9, 2025

Another side effect I forgot to mention is water retention from tesa and ip. I pin Monday through Friday and take the weekend off. From last night to this morning I dropped about nine pounds of water weight. It takes a couple days for it to come off and I was peeing like crazy. Not sure if it’s from the tesa and ip or from hgh in general. Anyone on hgh notice the same?

BlueLedger91archiveSep 9, 2025

Just started tesa last week and I’m also feeling the water retention. I’ve been on hydrochlorothiazide for years for blood pressure and know what ankle edema feels like, but this feels different, more in the core. First few days I had to pee very often, every thirty minutes at peak and no longer than four hours at night. It’s settled to three to five hours but still annoying. On the plus side the fat metabolism from tirz or reta is still happening. Using 2 mg tesamorelin plus 0.2 mg cjc no dac plus 0.2 mg ipamorelin nightly a few hours after food, aiming at visceral fat reduction.

CopperLantern92archiveSep 9, 2025
↳ replying to @QuietAlder25

Nine pounds is surprising. Do you have to pin Monday to Friday or could every other day change how much water you hold?

QuietAlder25archiveSep 9, 2025
↳ replying to @CopperLantern92

Good question. It took two full days off before the water came off so one day probably wouldn’t help much. It was odd. I thought the tirz had stalled and was even considering adding something else, but after losing the nine pounds my weight hit a new low. The tesa and ip is only temporary until visceral fat is down and muscle is protected. Seems to be doing that so far.

CopperLantern92archiveSep 9, 2025
↳ replying to @QuietAlder25

Okay, thanks for the info. Sounds like it could work for me short term as an alternative to hgh for looks.

SharpCinder28archiveSep 16, 2025

Bumping the thread with a note from google gemini that hgh gives a direct exogenous source so it can have broader effects on growth, repair, and metabolism, which means both more benefit and more side effects, while tesamorelin is more targeted at fat reduction by using the body’s own systems. On the other hand from the seeds book...

SharpCinder28archiveSep 23, 2025

From 2017 a study showed significant cholesterol reduction after twelve weeks of 2 mg daily tesa versus 1 mg or none in type 2 diabetes patients fifty and older. The trial looked at whether tesa would change insulin sensitivity or diabetes control.

QuietAlder20archiveSep 23, 2025
↳ replying to @SharpCinder28

That’s useful to know, thanks. Getting fresh labs tomorrow to check if the new statin dose dropped my ldl. If it’s down I can credit the tesamorelin.

LevelPebble65archiveSep 23, 2025
↳ replying to @QuietAlder25

I had something similar. Started tesa and ipa a few weeks ago at 1 mg a day five days a week. Everything was fine until last week when I went to 1.5 mg and noticed water retention. Added a pound during the week and thought tirz had stalled, but after resting Saturday and Sunday my weight Tuesday morning was five pounds lighter than Saturday.

BlueLedger91archiveSep 23, 2025

Week four now on 2 mg tesamorelin plus 0.2 mg cjc no dac plus 0.2 mg ipamorelin every night on top of the glp1. It added seven to eight pounds of water weight and blunts the food noise suppression from the glp1. Tesamorelin can be tricky to reconstitute and one kit kept gelling even with low ph water, but the good batch mixes fine with the cjc ipa blend. Results so far are two more notches on the belt and noticeable changes in body shape even though scale weight slowed. Biggest change is being able to hike an hour and a half without getting winded when two months ago ten minutes would have me wheezing. Will keep going.

Started with cjc and ipa at 0.25 mg each Monday to Friday for two weeks, then switched to tesa and ipa because of all the good reports. Been on tesa and ipa two weeks Monday to Friday. First week 1 mg tesa and 0.33 mg ipa, second week 1.5 mg tesa and 0.5 mg ipa. To avoid water retention I dropped back to 1 mg and 0.33 mg this week. Noticing good body composition changes especially in the belly area. Excited to see what another month does. Why add the small amount of cjc to the tesa ipa blend?

PatientPebble27archiveSep 26, 2025

Anyone here getting consistent injection site reactions with tesa? I’ve been testing ways to reduce them. First tried a blend vial at 6 to 3 ratio with 3 ml bac water, pinned 500 mcg tesa and it stung and itched but faded in about thirty minutes. Then got separate 20 mg tesa and 10 mg ipa kits, each with 1 ml bac, mixed 1 mg tesa and 100 mcg ipa, same sting and itch that lasted about an hour. Mixing ipa into the tesa vial was fine for a couple days until I went to 2 mg tesa and the reaction got severe and lasted over a week. Threw that vial away. Now pinning 1 mg tesa first thing in the morning and 100 mcg ipa separately midday, repeating the same later. Still get reactions but they’re minimal. Next step is adding more bac water to see if that helps.

At the time I saw recommendations in various places including reddit, bro-science sites, clinical reports, and here. Tesamorelin is a ghrh analog that mimics the body’s own ghrh and handles the visceral fat reduction. Cjc is another ghrh analog that triggers gh by a slightly different route so it can boost the tesa effect without just raising the tesa dose. Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin to release gh from the pituitary without raising cortisol or prolactin, keeping side effects low. Basically two ways to stimulate ghrh plus an amplifier. I was curious what tesa plus cjc would do as two different ghrh signals without overloading one pathway, with ipa boosting both.

SharpCinder28archiveOct 4, 2025

According to webmd even hgh usually only produces a small amount of fat loss.

↳ replying to @BlueLedger91

Haha that counts. Vivid and honest recounting, respect.

SharpCinder28archiveOct 5, 2025

I switched over to that peptide after years on straight growth hormone and noticed way steadier energy along with tighter midsection fat loss. My own levels stayed responsive instead of flattening out, and recovery from training felt smoother without the usual bloat or joint aches I used to get. For me the natural pulse it creates just lines up better with how my body handles things day to day.

PlainSignal69archiveOct 6, 2025

Only three days into tesa, ipa, and cjc. Checked my health tracking numbers and saw that from the first dose my hrv more than doubled. It had been stuck around 45 for four years and now it’s running 85 to 116. Also sleeping better the last three nights.

QuietAnchor27archiveOct 9, 2025

Been on it for a month and sleep quality has definitely improved both by how I feel and by my watch tracking. Routinely getting a 99 sleep score.

↳ replying to @PlainSignal69

How long did you run the protocol and what were the final findings?

SteadyAlder49archiveDec 18, 2025

I’m a week in so far. Starting at 1 mg a day before bed for the first ten days then bumping to 2 mg for another five days before adding ipa at 250 mcg morning and night. Not much water retention yet but I expect it when I hit 2 mg. Don’t really mind the water weight since it will come off after the cycle. Get a little stinging and itch at the site when I pin before bed but it’s gone by morning. Sleep is improving. Really optimistic about the stack and looking forward to results.

SharpCinder28archiveDec 18, 2025

I would go to 1.5 mg before jumping to 2 mg. Haven’t tried tesa myself but a buddy got carpal tunnel quickly after going from 1 mg straight to 2 mg.

I don't need that added on top of what I'm already dealing with. Right now I'm working on a stubborn tennis elbow that's been acting up. It flares every few months and has done so for the past couple years. I'll make sure to increase the dose more gradually. Appreciate the warning.

Here are a few pointers I've picked up on handling water retention.

PatientPebble85archiveDec 19, 2025

Not trying to switch topics but I'm curious how kisspeptin stacks up against the GHRH and GHRP options. It doesn't affect HGH but it boosts testosterone via LH and FSH. Could it give similar results without the worries about tumors from too much HGH or GHRHs?

BrightKettle28archiveDec 19, 2025
↳ replying to @PlainWillow50

I really like it. Out of everything I've tried or am currently using like sema, tirz, reta, mots, and cjc/ipa, this is the one peptide where I can actually feel it giving me extra energy.

QuietFenwick11archiveDec 19, 2025
↳ replying to @PatientPebble85

Kisspeptin-10 does raise LH and sometimes FSH but not enough to actually increase testosterone. You'd need to inject every two or three hours to have any chance at seeing higher testosterone.

When you mentioned taking 5g of taurine daily with GH to avoid or reduce carpal tunnel, what I took from it was to drink more energy drinks for the taurine. lol

SharpCinder28archiveDec 20, 2025

For anyone worried about safety, sermorelin is a milder and cheaper longer-term choice than tesa or the others. It just isn't as strong unless you're only after anti-aging or general wellness. Saw this today while messing around with Google Gemini: heavy squats, sprints, and eight hours of sleep with blackout curtains will give you big natural GH pulses for free.

BlueBeacon12archiveJan 11
↳ replying to @BrightBeacon35

Can I ask what happened with your sleep on ipa and whether tesa helped? I've been using GHRP-2 with sermorelin and my sleep is deeper but I still wake up every few hours. I'm thinking about trying an ipa/tesa stack or something close but sleep quality is a big factor for me so I'd probably stick with whatever gives the best rest.

BrightBeacon35archiveJan 11
↳ replying to @BlueBeacon12

I never ran them on their own. I always injected both at night before bed. My sleep got worse starting the first night. Apparently this only affects a small number of people.
