I just ordered the flex bar so I can start soon.

The flex bar makes a big difference. Hope it works as well for you. Another simple step that helped some lingering elbow tendinitis was forcing myself to sleep on my back so the arms get steady blood flow overnight instead of being pinned under me on my side.

That might be an issue for me too because I cannot stay on my back and always end up on my stomach with an arm under me. Might need one of those pillows with a hole for the arm.

Some BPC is arriving from overseas, a small test batch of five milligram vials times ten. Has anyone tried this with elderly parents? My mother is seventy-three and has general arthritis and plantar fasciitis pain. I am wondering if one or two months would be worthwhile for her quality of life. She is willing but I will talk her out of it if it is likely a waste.

I think I am well positioned to test whether BPC works. Forty-three-year-old male athlete at nine to ten percent body fat with above-average muscle mass confirmed by DEXA. Always wanted a lean athletic look. Three current injuries: a two-millimeter fracture at the fifth metatarsal, AC joint shoulder surgery performed by a surgeon who works with NFL players and who mentioned peptides informally, and an old football knee injury now showing fluid on the lateral meniscus despite X-rays looking healthy. The right leg has been compensating for the broken left foot.

On the body-fat note from the DEXA, I train intensely with weights plus cardio, barre, spin, HIIT, Pilates, rucking, and calisthenics. The nine-to-ten percent estimate is from a scan a year ago and I have since relaxed the diet a bit. Eight percent was too low though it looked good without a shirt.

Here are observations after a year and a half of personal use. Structural back problems, two labrum tears, tennis elbow and similar issues. BPC and TB seem to help most when the underlying function of the injured area actually matters for daily movement. Tennis elbow showed little lasting change, maybe only temporary relief. A bulging disc responded more as an anti-swelling effect. True structural problems showed no improvement. Data on HGH for these injuries is not supportive and could even be counterproductive. Older athletes keep experimenting but a reliable solution is still missing. College-level athletes' approaches might be worth checking though the evidence remains unsettled overall.
