Looking to start Reta, Tesa, and BPC 157

Summary

How should a beginner approach starting Reta, Tesa, and BPC-157 together?

The thread advises learning reconstitution and basic terms first before using any peptides. Most recommend beginning with Reta alone for several months while titrating slowly, then adding BPC-157 for pain, and saving Tesa for last after checking IGF-1 levels. Starting multiple compounds at once is seen as risky because side effects and sources cannot be isolated.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether Tesa can be started early in the process or must wait until weight loss is nearly complete, and whether BPC-157 alone or a related combination is preferable for healing.

Specific personal details such as BMI, injury history, or exact long-term cycling plans that would change the order or dosing.

Nothing here is advice.

As someone fairly new but with some knowledge gained from time spent looking into peptides, these three stand out. One for weight loss and better markers, one aimed at visceral fat, and one for shoulder and wrist discomfort. Any thoughts on how to begin using all three?

If explaining from the ground up I would start with reconstitution basics, how much liquid per amount of powder, what the units mean, what kind of water to use, and how to calculate doses. Once comfortable discussing those points, look at protocols from sources that lay them out clearly. For the healing type, a combined version may offer better value though opinions differ on strength. The weight-loss one needs careful slow increases to avoid issues ranging from mild stomach trouble to more serious blockage.

Tesa at 2 mg each day, the healing one at 2 mg each day, and the weight-loss one beginning at 2 mg per week for the first month then stepping up every four weeks through 4 mg, 6 mg, 8 mg, and 12 mg.

Only the weight-loss compound for the opening month to learn its effects and reactions since it covers most of the desired benefits anyway. Add the healing one next, using 1 mg daily over four weeks for shoulder or knee trouble. Once settled, measure IGF-1 before trying the third compound and check again after four weeks. A combined healing version could replace the single healing compound later if cycling is planned.

Begin with the weight-loss one and stay on it alone for several months to understand personal response. Add the healing compound after that. Keep the third one until the end because it carries more risk and has sent people to the ER more often than the other two when not handled carefully.

This matches my view exactly. Research alone is not enough without being able to discuss numbers, goals, and trade-offs in conversation. A basic grasp may fall short when relying on unregulated sources, and starting several together makes it impossible to tell which one is responsible for any issue. The weight-loss compound handles visceral fat and markers improve with substantial fat reduction anyway. Extending the solo period past one month makes sense.

Begin the weight-loss compound right away with very gradual increases only when needed. Details on body weight or specific injuries were not given. A combined healing approach may work better than the single healing compound alone and at least 1 mg daily for noticeable results. The third compound can be started early rather than delayed until the end; testing IGF-1 before and after a month is useful. The usual amount is 1.5-2 mg daily, though some stop after several months due to joint discomfort or skin reactions at the site.
