Tried diphenhydramine tablets, night-time cough syrup and a melatonin cough syrup and still could not sleep.
Reta & sleep

Tirz wrecks my sleep the first two nights after a shot. Tired but stare at the ceiling until 1 am. Hoping lowering the dose and switching to reta will improve things but unsure.
Pinned 8 mg today so tonight's sleep will be interesting. Shot day always is on reta, especially when effects start fading after six days and appetite suppression tells me. Gummies again tonight. Mixing two new vials later. Have quite a few vials of that product; it feels different and hits harder than previous batches I tried.
Sleep has been basically nonexistent the last two days. Wake two hours later feeling tired yet as if I slept six hours. Strange.

Aren't you on a low dose of reta?

Never had sleep trouble until 6 mg. My wife has none even starting at 8 mg this morning.
Wife started having sleep trouble by 2 mg and it continues. Researching daily for more ways to help with peptides or other options.
