I wonder whether this comes at no cost or maybe a lower rate through that extra coverage plan. Someone told me about an option designed for older folks but it limits what you can use. That's only secondhand info though. A fitness spot nearby provides it too.

At 45, as a woman, my face now looks older than back when I carried more weight. It gets to me on certain days, while on others I think carrying a normal amount with extra lines around my eyes beats the alternative. The skin under my chin still bugs me though.

I've hit my target size and expect to keep this up indefinitely. Right now I'll stick with the amount that drops weight for a few more months before trying smaller quantities or stretching out the gaps between them. My goal is still to rely on some form of it going forward though. After years in the heavy category I'm sure all the pounds would return if I stopped.

Being someone committed long term, I've discovered an eating routine paired with workouts that fits my lifestyle well. On top of that I'm constantly seeking ways to keep hunger quiet because I sense it waiting underneath and prefer avoiding its return whenever possible. That detached mental state toward meals really appeals to me along with the indifferent vibe. Keeping my weight stable over the past twelve months has made things simpler though the amounts stay the same even if I can now stretch out the timing between them.

Absolutely, that quieting of cravings feels amazing. Does the amount you take for keeping weight steady match what you used at the end of shedding pounds? What's the current interval between your injections? I hope these inquiries aren't bothersome.

Still sticking with the main three compounds. Dosing tirz on an eight or nine day cycle, sema three days after, cagri five days post tirz. Current tirz is at ten mg which I reduced from fifteen, sema at two mg from two point five. Cagri sometimes at two mg though I can skip longer periods. Varying doses two to four units on each doesn't cause issues. I was thinking of dropping cagri but it actually helps with energy levels. Quit tesofensine and I really notice the difference. How's your protocol going?

I'm trying to drop those final five pounds or so. Might set up a fresh target for myself. I'll decide once I arrive. Hoping to hit the weight where I swim best. The ten every six days along with the one point five every six days but shifted three days apart.

The toughest part was dropping those last five pounds. I quit pushing for it. After covering more than five miles on foot through the city three days straight, they finally came off. Odd how that worked. My weekly habits include swimming a mile three times plus weight training and body pump. That walking did the trick. These days my scale readings vary by only two pounds.

I hit my last target and figured I'd lower the dose gradually like I raised it, yet the weight keeps dropping. Even after eating two regular meals daily, I shed another four pounds in the past seven days. So now I'm considering ramping up how quickly I cut back on the Reta to locate the balance point.

Reached my target of 185 pounds after dropping 35 pounds total. Wrapped up that phase using 5mg Triz weekly along with 1mg Reta. Started maintenance today with an initial 4mg Triz dose in the morning. Next I'll take 1mg Reta on Thursday to test the effects. Goal is minimizing the amounts while maintaining results for as long as possible, which could mean ongoing use. Given my age, that period won't extend very far.

This is tough to deal with. My mind is set on pushing ahead no matter what happens. LOL

I've gone through all the numbers on staying in remission and decided maintenance makes sense for me. This means dropping the three prescriptions I take for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Swapping them for one option that also clears the fat from my liver feels like a solid deal.

Absolutely not, that extra weight needs to disappear for good. My pants have already started fitting loosely though. At this point in life I'd feel great returning to a four or six. Never putting on any kid-sized shirts or coats again either. The extra pounds created a bigger bust and I hate it.

I intend to keep using a steady lower amount going forward. The dosage for my attention issues has dropped by fifty percent, and various issues I had seem milder now overall. Plus, it's great not having food on my mind all the time. There's no way I'd want to return to my old state prior to this.

There's just six pounds separating me from the target I set. Even so, getting there won't be the finish line for me. I'll keep things steady afterward simply to strengthen my discipline around food choices.
