After being here a while I have seen every single one of those rules broken with no bad results. When reconstituting the vial pulls the water in fast. I have rolled a vial with powder stuck near the stopper, had one that did not mix instantly and had chunks, shook one hard, and it still worked fine. People left reconstituted vials on the counter overnight or even a week and they still worked. Others froze compounded tirzepatide then used it with no issue. Then there is the claim that it lasts a decade in the freezer. The pattern is that when people who know more say something and real experiences back it up, I tend to believe it.
