Began at 0.25 mg each of CJC1295-No DAC and Ipamorelin, five days on and two off, right before bed but saw zero impact on sleep or anything else. Came across advice that insulin can blunt the HGH pulse so these should be taken at least five hours after eating when using GLP-1s, though not everyone agrees. After a couple weeks switched to first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and finished the vial that way. Weight loss slowed noticeably during the CJC/IPA run and appetite seemed to rise. Not counting calories but still aiming for protein targets. Gym sessions felt easier and lifts went up, so guessing it raised HGH and recovery, though it could just mean the next reta increase was overdue since training is naturally smoother when not dropping a percent per week. Still stuck to the original plan of raising reta by 1 mg every four weeks anyway.

I began with Tirz at 2.5 mg, worked up to 5 mg and remained there for nine months. Later I dropped to a 2 mg maintenance level. I paused after six weeks for twenty days. Then I started Elora at 1 mg and kept that for five weeks. After stopping for two weeks I lowered it to 750 mcg every ten days because the appetite suppression was too strong. This level works best for me now. It holds my weight at 70 kg and slowly reduces belly fat.

I'm beginning to notice the same thing gradually once I reach the doses I use for maintenance.

I also take Tesa plus Ipa at 1/.5 mg daily. I believe the belly fat reduction only begins once most of the visceral fat is gone. There used to be a hard fat block right under my ribs in the center area, and that has now dropped lower above my belly and become softer.

Reading glasses are definitely the answer if I can locate one of the ten pairs I have lying around, often right in front of me until the moment I actually need them but at least I have moved over to pens now.
