Has anyone checked their pulse when completely relaxed? Seems like the number climbs once a glucagon receptor agonist gets added in.
Back in August of last year, RS began using Tirz and dropped 87 pounds so far. She's now 28 pounds away from her target. Currently at 10 mg, progress has stopped for the past eight weeks. On November 6, which was a Thursday, RS started adding .3 of Survo. Tirz shots happen on Sunday evenings, while Survo will be on Thursday evenings. Although raising the Tirz dose might end the plateau, being near the goal makes sculpting and targeting abdominal fat a priority instead. Most opt for Reta first, yet RS prefers Tirz and has no desire to change. With a good supply of Tirz on hand, introducing the glucagon receptor looks like a solid move. Research notes will be logged here going forward. Aims include dropping those remaining 28 pounds, trimming belly fat, easing tiredness, and building muscle.
For the first week: 10 mg Tirz combined with .3 mg Survo, plus only facial topical GHK-CU besides those. Current stats show weight at 158.2, height 5’2”, waist 37.5 inches, hips 41.25 inches. No unwanted effects appeared. The morning after the first Survo, fullness set in after consuming roughly half the usual amount. That quick fullness sensation faded over the following days. Cravings for sweets and thoughts about food have decreased somewhat, though not as strongly as when Tirz first began. Scale readings vary each day without going under 158.2. Tiredness remains unchanged, never severe enough to stop activities. After an intense session on Friday, muscle aches continue even two days later.
