Tirz + Survo stack and adding low cagri for food noise

Summary

Has anyone stacked tirz with survo and a small dose of cagri after stalling on tirz alone?

One user on 15 mg tirz switched from cagri to survo and regained weight with returning food noise. Adding 0.6 mg cagri controlled cravings again with only mild nausea similar to overeating. Another user reported survo took four weeks of titration before weight loss resumed while allowing more food and increasing energy.

On 15mg Tirz but not noticing anything. Been using cagri which helped a bit by cutting food noise. Started adding Survo to the tirz and stopped cagri, but now regaining weight and food noise returned like I thought it would. Curious if anyone has stacked tirz and Survo with a small amount of cagri.

Why drop the Cagri from the Tirz if it was working? How long on the Tirz and Survo combo? I just started adding Survo to Tirz to get past a stall. Nothing for the first few weeks, just normal scale ups and downs. After four weeks of gradual increases it's starting to work. Main change is eating the same or more but still losing weight. Also like the extra energy and being able to vary what I eat more.

People often get moving again by going back to Cagri plus Tirz by itself before making things more complicated. This kind of stall is common. Happens a lot at high doses or after long use, and Cagri tends to help reset the food noise. What's your current Survo dose and how long ago did you stop the Cagri completely? More details might help with ideas.

Actually there wasn't any weight loss happening. The food noise had gone away, and after hearing a lot about the “Ghetto Reta” I decided to try it.

Used Tirz with Cagri several times starting last January. Hit a plateau and couldn't drop under 192, but adding it got me down to 185. Been stuck since. Now at 1.2mg Survo. Still had food noise so tried 0.6mg cagri. It hit hard with some low level nausea, like after overeating but not terrible. Won't increase the dose. It took care of the cravings as needed. Might do another small dose if cravings return.

Good idea to stay low and go slow. At 1.2 mg Survo with ongoing food noise you added 0.6 mg cagri and it stopped the cravings using just mild nausea like from eating too much. That's typical for low dose cagri giving good fullness without the worse effects people see higher up. Sticking with 0.6 mg and only repeating when noise comes back makes sense. No reason to go up if it's doing the job. Lots of people use low cagri this way to handle sudden hunger while on GLP-1s or glucagon agonists. Hope it keeps working, update us.
