Started at 301 lb, now 263 lb since March 1. Dosing from 0.25 mg up to 5 mg reta, added 0.25 mg cagri two weeks ago. Goal is 235 lb at 6'5". Down 38 lb so far.

KeenKettle95archiveJun 20

April 3 at 229 lb, May 3 at 208 lb, June 3 at 192 lb, June 19 at 184 lb for a total of 45 lb lost. Now taking 12 mg every five days after moving up from 8 mg because this month slowed down. Clothes are getting baggy so new smaller sizes are needed soon. Goal is low 170s or until abs show. No lifting or jogging, just reta and a very sedentary life, yet the loss has been huge.

GreyWillow80archiveJun 20

Dealing with a metabolic condition. Two-year mark on GLP-1s today. One year three months on Mounjaro then a three-plus month stall, now nine months on grey reta at 8 mg. Total lost 123 lb.

Thanks for the experience. I’m planning to lower the tirz and add 0.5 mg reta to see if that restarts things. Cagri looks like it brings bad fatigue and I already deal with severe fatigue from a health issue.

Very similar here. Five more pounds to go then I’ll start backing off. Maintenance dose is still unclear but probably around 4 mg. Staying on reta long term because of the other benefits noticed. Have plenty stocked so that’s not a worry. Need to add some weight work to tone and build muscle.

WarmSparrow60archiveJun 20

Thirteen months in. Current stack is 15 mg tirz weekly, 1 mg eloralintide weekly two days before tirz, 5 mg 5-amino-1mq daily in eight-week cycles, 5 mg SS-31 daily, 5 mg MOTS-c every other day, 100 mg NAD every other day, 1.5 mg KPV daily, 1 mg AOD-9604 daily, 57 mg testosterone every other day plus one pre-roll. HGH coming soon. Started at 280 lb, now 175 lb with a low of 172 lb. BMI 25.1 and 37.5 percent total loss. Lifting and cardio five days a week, eating clean and lots of fruit. We’ve rebuilt him.

Going from A1c 11.0 to 5.4 while dropping 120 lb is huge. It wasn’t only the tirz, the calorie control, fasting, carb limits and staying consistent for over a year did the work. Adding strength training now should help hold muscle as you move into maintenance. Congrats on earning it.

Almost 30 lb down in about three months is worth being proud of. The graph shows exactly the pattern you want, steady downward trend with normal daily ups and downs. Breaking under 300 is a big marker. Keep stacking the small wins.

Twenty pounds down is a great start. Every pound helps the joints. Hope the wolverine stack gets the hip and gut issues sorted too. My research subject is on KLOW and the aches have eased. Momentum builds fast once it starts.

SharpCompass12archiveJun 20

Had gastric bypass at 315 lb, got down to 227 then regained this year. Started at 247 with high blood pressure, ended up in ICU four days in March. Began GLP in April. After a stack and tirz I’m at 206 lb this morning, smallest since 2001. Gym five or six days a week and feeling good. Adding more supps to keep health moving forward.

Started at 229 lb before reta and tesa, now 204 lb. Titrating reta up 0.5-1 mg per week currently at 6 mg, plus 1 mg tesa daily fasted since April 27. Working out five or six days a week if not every day.

Twenty-six pounds in five weeks is a strong start. Keep building the habits and don’t get thrown if the pace eases later. Early weeks are often the quickest but steady progress is what lasts. Congrats on being 26 lb lighter already.

Enjoyed following the updates over the months, each one checked off another goal and now the final one is done. Nice that you’re already thinking past the number and into maintenance and rebuilding strength with a plan in place. Hope the next phase goes as well as getting here.

41 male 6'5" started at 311 lb now 209 lb since June 25 on 15 mg tirzepatide. The graph shows the heart attack point, thinking you might die is solid motivation. Adding a small amount of reta to finish the last stretch then looking at maintenance. Might lower the goal another 10 kg because of remaining belly fat. Waist at 34 would be the win.

IronHarbour22archiveJul 9

47 male 5'10". Without reta went from 258 to 218 over about a year. With reta 218 to 195 in 11 weeks. Probably heading to 175-180, maybe push for abs in the upper 160s since I’ve been there. The stage where you look different every few pounds is the fun part. At 4 mg a week and no need to go higher at this rate.

AmberLedger89archiveJul 9

53 male 6 ft started at 400 lb now 207 lb goal 190 since November 19. Keto exercise and life changes since 2019. Began reta September 2025 around 260-280. Added and cycled MOTS, Pinealon, Epitalon, Tes/Ipa, GHK-Cu, MT1 with more on the way. Down 193 lb so far.

Holy shit that is outstanding. Congratulations.

50 male 6'1" started at 249 lb now 223 lb goal 190 since May 21. Calorie deficit and exercise. Taking the eighth tirz injection tonight. New stock arriving soon, sending it for testing hoping for the all clear before next shot. Looking into reta to see if that’s the next order.

Damn that is life changing, great for you. Curious what you think of the other peps, always interested in hearing real experiences with them. We already know reta works.

KeenThistle31archiveJul 10

Started at 132 kg now 119 kg after five weeks on reta, about to move to 5 mg today. Also thinking about adding GHK-Cu soon.

GreenWillow85archiveJul 10

Began Mounjaro at 125 kg now 93 kg. Loss stalled completely when prices rose, tried Wegovy with no effect. Bought reta from a reseller and gained instead. Switched to grey at the start of the year, restarted tirz still nothing. On reta now for just under a month and the scale is finally moving the right way.

At 6'5" 208 lb is already a healthy weight. Everyone has their own mental view of their body. For health reasons I’d love to be there. Focusing on waist size to hit a less important number is where I’d personally rethink the target.

MOTS feels like a third lung for me, only noticeable during hard cardio or HIIT, sometimes a bit more energy but mainly in workouts not lifting. Tes/Ipa improved deep sleep numbers on the tracker and visceral fat on Dexa, still not fully out of the danger zone but close, next scan end of August after current 16-week cycle. MT1 is great, I used to burn and peel then go back to pale but now I tan without burning. Pinealon/Epitalon helped REM sleep which improved daily memory and cognition per the tracker. Skin feels thicker on the copper but nothing else noticeable yet after week nine at 3 mg a day. Looking forward to trying 5-amino-1mq, LIPO-C, SS-31 and KPV next.

PatientQuill64archiveJul 10

Haven’t posted numbers in a while. 38 male 5'11" with type 2 diabetes, hypertension and NAFLD. Highest 467, started at 446 now 254.9. When I began last year I was in 5x shirts and 58/60 pants, now 2x shirts and size 46. Feet went from 13.5 to 12.5. Currently on 15 mg tirz plus 2 mg survo and LIPO-C, thinking about adding the mito core/NM120 blend.

KeenPebble83archiveJul 11

January 26 at 205 lb started tirz at 2.5 then switched to reta at 1 mg now up to 5 mg and at 173 lb. Also started TRT so added a lot of muscle which is helping the fat loss.

LevelAnchor55archiveJul 11

My progress this week: weight is unchanged.

SharpMarble21archiveJul 13

Began at 360 pounds and now at 280. Running 12 mg reta with monthly increases, 10 mg tirz, and 1 mg cag every two weeks.

CopperBramble56archiveJul 13

Time for an update. Started at 233 back in March and hit 167 on July 13. On 7.5 mg tirz along with plenty of exercise and big shifts in eating habits plus lots of research. Also using nad, mots, ss 31, aod, 5 amino 1mq, klow.
