That's an interesting point. I sometimes wonder if I should have increased faster early on when the medication was at its strongest. I figured taking it easy would still get me where I wanted eventually. But now that progress on the scale has slowed, I question whether I passed up the biggest opportunity for bigger drops. I don't know what's ideal. This is the path I took and I occasionally second-guess it.
I began this medication a few months back and increased the amount very gradually. I've dropped weight and reached about halfway to my target. One reason for going slow is avoiding comments from others about what I'm taking, so I'm keeping it private. Another was concern over extra skin, though I've recently added something else for that. The question is why most people seem to aim for the quickest drop possible, and whether that has benefits I should consider. Maybe I should adjust how I'm doing it. I see this as a long-term thing since I expect to stay on it indefinitely.
