Has anyone here gotten any results from GHK-CU?

Summary

Do users see visible skin, hair, or other improvements from GHK-Cu cycles?

Many report softer skin, faster hair growth, reduced wrinkles, and better complexion after several weeks to months, often when stacking with BPC-157, TB-500, or KPV. Results vary by individual age, deficiency, and whether using injectable, topical, or microneedling methods. Some notice systemic benefits like less inflammation or joint relief, while others see little change after similar dosing.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether subcutaneous GHK-Cu reaches skin concentrations as effectively as topical application or microneedling, and if glutathione or HGH produce comparable or superior skin results.

Still open

Optimal long-term dosing schedule, exact contribution of GHK-Cu when multiple supplements are used simultaneously, and whether results persist after cycling off.

Nothing here is advice.

Tried two rounds previously, first at three milligrams daily for two months with a month off, second at five milligrams daily for two months with a month off. Used bac water for the first and PBS for the second. Saw nothing. Before spending more, has anyone actually noticed visible changes in the mirror or photos? Starting to think the positive talk is from people getting paid.

BrightBeacon35archiveNov 1, 2025

Only eight days in so far, using two milligrams each night. Still too early to tell anything.

PlainCompass54archiveNov 1, 2025

Been running it alongside two other peptides for about seven weeks when skin started feeling noticeably softer. Now at twelve weeks and planning a month off. Carpal tunnel symptoms have eased up. Hair grows quicker though thickness hasn't changed. Heard it can take six months or longer for skin changes to show. Probably only spotted the softness because I touch my neck often. The combination is said to work well together and seems worth continuing even if effects aren't obvious yet.

ClearSparrow96archiveNov 1, 2025

On second round of the blend and really like how skin looks now, enough that foundation isn't needed much. Planning to switch to just GHK-Cu with KPV afterward and keep going without breaks.

Glutathione paired with ascorbic acid gave clearer improvements than this peptide ever did, plus noticeable liver support. Results probably depend on personal deficiencies and age. For those in their forties or beyond wanting visible change, low-dose growth hormone at one to two international units can help skin, while three to four suits muscle goals. The safety concerns around growth hormone seem overstated compared to this or secretagogues.

SharpBramble47archiveNov 1, 2025

A couple months in and fine lines plus overall tone look better, though hair shows little change. Reading suggests it leans more toward skin than hair, so trying AHK-Cu separately for the scalp. Using the cosmetic version on face and neck plus injectable form, cycling on and off.

QuietAlder25archiveNov 1, 2025

Used it alone for about a week before adding the rest to make the blend. Both the peptide by itself and KPV eased mild migraines. After a month on the blend, shoulder issue improved about ninety percent, allowing weight lifting again after years off. Nearly three months in now with big strength and mass gains from training. Also finishing a tesamorelin and ipamorelin run. Skin that was dry and flaky from sun and chlorine became moist and soft despite more swimming. Possible soft new hair on a bald spot, though unsure if it was already there. The peptide likely contributed to overall progress. Injections sometimes cause aching afterward.

What daily amount have you been using? Thinking about trying the blend.

QuietAlder25archiveNov 1, 2025
↳ replying to @BrightHarbour78

Assuming the vial was fifty milligrams, the blend dose came to four milligrams daily, sometimes split between shoulders. Later found the starting material tested over one hundred milligrams, so the blend probably had double the usual amount. Kept the same dose anyway because results were strong.

PatientThistle39archiveNov 1, 2025

Nearly finished first cycle of thirty-two days out of forty using two milligrams daily. Skin has a new pleasant feel that's hard to describe. Photos from day one compared to now show some spots gone and wrinkles appearing shallower. Pictures of right hand attached for others to judge.

Appreciate everyone sharing their own experiences with this.

Tried messaging directly but that option isn't available yet. Currently on an Adderall prescription so ascorbic acid would interfere. Can glutathione be mixed with something else instead?

Whenever growth hormone comes up it brings to mind certain bodybuilders and creates a negative association for some reason.

CopperWillow72archiveNov 2, 2025
↳ replying to @GreenBeacon34

Didn't know about the ascorbic acid interaction. Haven't tried any acid for mixing yet but need to look into it since also on Adderall. Trying semax as a substitute to see how it goes. Adderall changes personality in an unwanted way.

PatientLantern66archiveNov 2, 2025

Got a four percent facial cream online that has worked well after a few weeks. Skin feels more hydrated, dark circles are fading, and wrinkles or smile lines are softening. Helpful after major weight loss. Prefer the cream over injections.

One of the favorites and clear differences show after cycles lasting seven or more years. It works by stimulating collagen and elastin, promoting new blood vessel growth, and shifting over four thousand genes toward repair patterns.

Unfortunately it gets overused like many other compounds.

QuietBeacon64archiveNov 3, 2025

Look younger now than a year ago before starting. Began around the same time as a GLP-1 medication while trying to avoid loose skin and aging appearance from weight loss. No loose skin after dropping sixty to seventy pounds at age fifty-four. Hair is thicker than before the weight loss. Also used several other things at once including KPV, glutathione, zinc, vitamin C, multivitamins, extra hair-skin-nails support, healthy eating, adequate protein, and collagen. Lost weight slowly, exercised, and added amino acids. Can't credit the peptide alone since many changes happened together. At roughly eighty dollars a year there's little downside to continuing the routine.

PlainCompass54archiveNov 4, 2025

Helps beyond skin with immunity, antioxidant action, anti-inflammation, and wound repair. Inject for whole-body effects and use topical or microneedling for specific skin or hair spots.

SlowHarbour85archiveNov 4, 2025

For anyone new to applying peptides on skin, keep everything extremely sterile and begin with point two five millimeter depth. Have various serums plus stem cells on hand. Use a professional device and never reuse needles since they come sealed. Test first on another body area with different tips. Clean face thoroughly with alcohol right before starting after numbing. Wear gloves because any bacteria can cause infection once the barrier is broken. Certain copper peptide serums with hyaluronic acid have given good results. During healing days keep the face clean and moisturized, avoid hot water or steam, and treat it like a burn then like newborn skin. Repeated sessions make skin tougher through new collagen. Had professional sessions ten to fifteen times before trying at home to avoid mistakes.

Everyone responds differently and people vary. Doses differ too. Use about one milligram daily of just the peptide for months then switch to the blend at two milligrams daily for five days on two off over eight weeks straight, a couple times a year. Lower dose overall and nearly daily when not on the blend protocol. No reason for hype unless someone is promoting a brand, and it's inexpensive compared to doctor visits or big pharma. Over a decade on various peptides aiming to preserve the body naturally without surgery. Prevention is better than cure.

SharpBramble47archiveNov 5, 2025

Results likely vary by person, duration, amount, and whether topical or injectable. Seen nice changes in the short time used so far. Apply cosmetic version to face twice daily and microneedle weekly. The roller doesn't produce the same effect as some posted photos and doesn't cause bleeding or require gloves, though face and hands stay clean. Inject every other month daily then cycle off. Read a study several times on how the peptide acts as a natural modulator of skin repair pathways.

SlowHarbour85archiveNov 5, 2025

A dermaroller is milder so bleeding should be minimal or none. Microneedling works like a tattoo machine pushing serum instead of ink. The depth and speed that causes bleeding in the photo needs strong numbing and a Xanax.

SharpBramble47archiveNov 5, 2025
↳ replying to @SlowHarbour85

A Xanax? Maybe one, or two or three.

Point five milligrams can last through a nine-hour flight in business class.

PatientThistle39archiveNov 5, 2025

Update on day thirty-six of forty. New photo of right hand shows spot one completely gone and spot two fading. Maybe the starting photo had poor lighting so optimism might be high. Waiting for final image and if spot two clears then the blend can be called effective.

Do you stay on the peptide year-round without breaks?

ClearSparrow96archiveNov 5, 2025
↳ replying to @PlainCompass54

Would combining topical and subcutaneous cause the opposite effect of depleting collagen?

PlainCompass54archiveNov 5, 2025
↳ replying to @ClearSparrow96

That issue probably occurs because copper and zinc share receptors so excess copper displaces zinc. Adding zinc should help avoid it. Not a doctor so best to research personally.

Cosmetic version can be used daily but injectable form should be cycled.

Also on Adderall and take glutathione mixed with vitamin C at night while Adderall is taken in the morning. Separation avoids any problems.

KeenAlder60archiveNov 6, 2025
↳ replying to @ClearSparrow96

Six months straight without a break. Along with glutathione, skin improved with less crepey texture on neck and chest. Hair grows faster than in years and reaches halfway down the back even while losing weight.

GreenBeacon34archiveNov 6, 2025
↳ replying to @KeenAlder60

Would rather not risk it, especially since injecting straight into the body and unsure how long vitamin C would stay active.

SharpLedger78archiveNov 6, 2025
↳ replying to @ClearSparrow96

That's the current approach too, the peptide with KPV, and it works well.

KeenAlder60archiveNov 6, 2025

Personal choice. No difference noticed in Adderall response, though the prescriber keeps starting at a low dose and increasing slowly despite prior higher amounts.

SharpLedger78archiveNov 6, 2025

Had glutathione waiting and thinking of starting. Is it done intramuscular or subcutaneous? Hoping for subcutaneous.

CopperWillow54archiveNov 6, 2025
↳ replying to @GreenBeacon34

Expect it to take longer to dissolve than other peptides and it has a smell like cruciferous vegetables, which is normal. Never had injection site reactions but some find it spicy, possibly more from volume than the substance itself. Suggest taking at the start of the day for a clean energy boost. Workout recovery feels quicker. After a month skin feels softer to touch. By three months expect compliments on complexion and even tone. Take before photos for personal comparison and motivation.

QuietBeacon64archiveNov 6, 2025
↳ replying to @GreenBeacon34

Using half to one milligram daily. Four to six weeks on then three to four weeks off. Start extra zinc a few days before the cycle and continue a few days into the break.

SteadyAlder49archiveNov 6, 2025

One milligram daily for the last couple months. Hair seems thicker but also using minoxidil for a long time already so hard to attribute. Skin shows little change and wasn't bad except some looseness after losing eighty pounds. Maybe it helped prevent more looseness but that could be wishful thinking. Will continue to finish the supply rather than feel like money was wasted.

KeenAlder60archiveNov 7, 2025
↳ replying to @SharpLedger78

Used to do subcutaneous. Now depends on dose size. Had two vials that wouldn't dissolve in three milliliters so switched those to intramuscular because the volume was large.
