Just because something is being sold as a peptide does not mean it works or is free of side effects. Be careful. Social media and random sites are not solid research. Check actual medical trials or at least journal studies, even if only in animals. Influencers will push whatever gets attention.
The peptide search is wearing me out. I looked into every single one I could find for my upcoming knee operations and to help with muscle loss. There really is one for almost everything. Now I'm more confused and thinking I need things for skin, memory, joints, and other issues I never even considered before. Anyone else end up like this? I'm just going to focus on the basics and stick with what I already know.
