I don't see why someone would opt for the arginine salt form if that's what you're talking about. Back then I tried those capsules from a company that later rebranded, and while they seemed to aid in healing soft tissues like tendons, they cost a lot and I only took them for a couple months so I can't speak to longer term results. I never noticed the same level of improvement in prostate function that came later when I switched to the freeze-dried standard version in vials, which I placed under my tongue and it worked really well. The salt version is supposed to absorb better through the intestines, yet since this peptide comes from stomach fluid and is already very resistant to digestion, there's no real advantage in enhancing its uptake that way.

Currently taking a 10 milligram dose of my medication. The widespread swelling tied to my immune system issue has gone down a lot. Lost some pounds naturally. Joint discomfort from arthritis is better though it returns at times. The aches and swelling after being struck by a loaded truck have lessened a lot. Brain clarity has improved slightly. The brain swelling linked to prolonged covid effects has also eased. My suspected digestive problem has gotten better recently. Skin rash disappeared. No more teeth grinding or jaw tension. My hair quit shedding and feels stronger now, same with nails. I think this stems from reduced stomach issues letting me take in more vitamins since food stays longer. The change around menopause feels easier to handle. I saw a slight but clear improvement right away in swelling and puffiness. Planning to include another product soon hoping it eases discomfort more. I deal with a connective tissue disorder too so wishing for relief there as well. Weight training is something I enjoy. Down the line I might experiment with a different option.

Updating my earlier comment here. Still using Tirz and finding it effective. I stopped the BPC treatment following six weeks, and my digestive problems haven't come back up to now. I believe the improvement mostly comes from losing weight with Tirz. I began taking five milligrams of Tadalafil each day, even though it's not a peptide, and I consider it another excellent medication. It provides strong effects throughout daily activities. I started on a Tesa and Ipa combination at two milligrams before bed. Only around three weeks in, and no bodily changes observed so far. But from the initial injection, sleep quality improved and I experience intense, detailed dreams that are enjoyable.

ClearKettle55archiveJun 2

The peptides I took got rid of the swelling near my slipped disk right away. It let me restart my exercise and jogging sessions, and I hope that once I stop taking them the core and surrounding muscles will be built up enough for the disk to recover.

SharpHarbour92archiveJun 2

The most helpful substance I've come across is triz and it's been incredible. It stops me from feeling wiped out when I go longer than two hours without food. These days I'm using a split 6mg amount and it's great. Besides that I use PT-141, KLOW plus MT-2 and they all work well for me. Mots-C caused pain which led me to quit it. I'm now looking into CJC 1295+IPA along with Glutathione, Retatrutide and Tesamorelin.

WarmCompass44archiveJun 3

My results from Reta have been mixed so far. I feel satisfied with meals more quickly, yet the duration of that feeling hasn't increased much. The urge to eat remains present. The other one has been great for me. After undergoing an operation to extract a large growth, I began using it two weeks after the procedure, and currently I'm lifting heavy weights again in my training. My hair appears denser, and my skin has shown clear enhancements. I've recently begun with Glutathione, Sermorelin and Epitalon, so I'll check for positive effects from them in the near future.

SharpTimber43archiveJun 3

That choice delivered solid performance for me too.

KeenQuill44archiveJun 5

I’m gonna give it a try.

I'd like the latest details concerning the hairline.

KeenQuill44archiveJun 5

I've got details ready on Tirz along with Cagri. Orders went through for GHK and KPV so their arrival remains pending.

PatientSparrow76archiveJun 8

My skin feels incredibly smooth these days. Wounds seem to recover at a regular pace lately. What used to take more than fourteen days for marks to fade now disappears in just about seven. Soreness after training isn't nearly as intense, even though exhaustion hits hard during sessions. I probably ought to increase my intake and track nutrition better. The discomfort tied to my condition has eased up quite a bit. Whether it's from one compound or another, I'm noticing reduced numbness in feelings. Emotions are returning that I haven't experienced in years, like goosebumps from music or getting choked up over familiar triggers. I keep reaching down because it feels good, and everything is smooth once more, haha.

BlueMarble90archiveJun 9

The compound has worked well controlling that beer noise issue, yet I cannot increase beyond two milligrams weekly. Raising it to four milligrams caused sleeplessness, which stopped any fat reduction no matter how few calories I ate. It was a terrible seven days. Although I believe this reaction is uncommon, it is worth watching for. I began using the oral version of BPC-157, which resolved my stomach problems and eliminated IBS within seven days. The injections of the stack into my elbow and knee have helped with the tendon pain from golf and the joint issues while I continue weight training. I have been taking eight milligrams of MOT-c each day prior to workouts and noticed remarkable gains in strength. My dumbbell bench press increased from forty to sixty pounds within seven days. My highest lift in the previous decade was sixty-five. Over the last ten years I have exercised sporadically without regularity and never achieved such progress before. I am approaching sixty-two years old. I have been dealing with skin reactions from GHK-Cu but believe the mixture I prepared recently could succeed, using a strength of two milligrams per milliliter and administering half a milliliter. The product arrived in a three milliliter container holding sixty-eight milligrams, so it needed several steps to dilute properly.

CopperSparrow86archiveJun 9

SS 31 boosted my energy levels quite a bit. Klow worked wonders improving my complexion quality. GKCU seems ineffective for certain individuals though. HGH used to enhance my workouts significantly although I can't obtain it anymore. CJC IPA without DAC helps tremendously with rest. I have to pick whether improved exercise performance or superior slumber matters more to me.

Reta. Im 110lbs down

↳ replying to @KeenWillow40

Wow, that's really great! It's a big deal for sure. Amazing. I've lost seventy pounds and reached my target. I wanted to think it transformed everything, yet my other medical problems take priority now. Still, feeling good about hitting the right size.

SharpSignal58archiveJun 12

It appeared to me that this one brought about the strongest slimming effect, above all when results had stopped coming.

WryKettle80archiveJun 12

Personally with the pair I mentioned earlier my familiarity with the alternatives stays pretty limited after going over the various threads.

IronMarble78archiveJun 19

I've dropped eighty pounds across eleven months on tirz and mj. This came despite regular gym workouts plus daily walks hitting twelve to fifteen thousand steps. Now I'm adding reta while gradually lowering the tirz dose to handle the final twenty pounds.

WarmBramble39archiveJun 19

Reta is 100 percent for me. Tried sema and tirz and both were fine but nothing special the way they are for other people. Cag left me sedated and nauseous for three awful weeks. Reta feels so much better.

IronMarble78archiveJun 19

At the beginning I questioned whether those early experiences were merely in my head. Yet during the initial few attempts an impact definitely occurred right away. I skipped any filtering on what I had, possibly due to contaminants like lead or mold.

Reta, Mots-c, CJC/IPA blend

QuietKettle32archiveJun 21

Reta equals great, the best of them all. Ghk-Cu equals good, starting to see some good skin results. MT-1 equals great, like using internal tanning oil with just a little flush for side effects. MOTS-C equals good, increased stamina at the gym. Cjc-1297 plus Ipamorelin equals good, sleep and recovery is better. BPC-157 plus TB4 equals great, healed my shoulders really well.

SlowLantern16archiveJun 22

I've only been using this one compound. It made sticking with a new eating routine feel pretty straightforward so I went ahead and adjusted what I was consuming. Started out with a two milligram amount and mostly felt alright aside from some headaches here and there plus a general sense of being off or low energy in the first seven days. I upped how much I drank and paid attention to getting enough fuel from meals. Eight or nine weeks in I've dropped about twenty five pounds overall and my body composition keeps shifting toward less fat and more muscle though the first couple of weeks took ten or twelve pounds fast including some lean mass. Glad I began this now I'm looking into ways to come off it gradually while holding onto the progress. I'll keep going for another two to four months before trying any kind of step down plan.

After dropping the extra pounds I can't figure out the reason for keeping up with those compounds.

GreenBramble30archiveJun 27

About eighteen months back i began dropping weight on my own and went from 150 kilograms down to 136. That progress stalled during the previous half year. Right after i began retatrutide i shed 1.7 kilos across the past nine days. My schedule is two milligrams weekly split into single milligram portions. This marks my first experience with glp-1 treatments. I turned thirty and stand one hundred ninety seven centimeters tall. Over the prior year i have trained consistently at the gym using heavy weights.

SlowCinder33archiveJun 28

I didn't expect to respond so well to the medication and dropped twenty pounds over two months at the lowest dose. Fullness came on strongly the day following my initial shot. I increased to a slightly higher amount once hunger signals returned, and it's been effective. For the copper peptide, I'm uncertain about noticeable effects, yet since I'm aiming to halve my weight, I'm continuing it indefinitely to support skin tightening and reduce loose skin. Once my upcoming shipment arrives, I'll incorporate half a milligram of the other peptide each day alongside it to address skin issues and overall swelling. I'm interested in various mitochondrial or energy supplements like those amino acids and coenzymes, but doubt their impact at my age. They seem geared toward older individuals. Has anyone around thirty seen benefits from them?

People chatted about this subject recently. It was odd how everyone aligned on the same top three in sequence. The middle option costs nearly twice what the bottom one does. They stopped carrying the highest ranked but I still use it after locating a group purchase.

ClearSignal22archiveJun 28

My ongoing lumbar discomfort stems from spinal disc problems too. Those two compounds are still sitting here unused but reading this makes me optimistic I could eliminate the discomfort for good.

ClearKettle55archiveJun 28
↳ replying to @ClearSignal22

Recently I managed to reach my toes again after six years had passed. With the discomfort gone I focused on building core strength along with other muscles. I also paid attention to my alignment. After that I tried extending my leg muscles while seated on the ground with my back against a surface and legs stretched forward which hurt quite a bit by itself. Over several weeks though I gradually got to the point where I could lean ahead from there. Feeling pleased about the progress.

Excessive water intake reduced my sodium according to the lab results. Electrolytes became necessary because of that. The free version of one beverage appeals to me yet I generally rely on the packet form. Dividing one packet across two bottles works well since the packet contains five hundred milligrams of sodium while the beverage has two hundred fifty. I also found a different one with an exceptionally smooth quality.

WryHarbour70archiveJun 29
↳ replying to @ClearKettle55

That suggestion worked well for me. After fracturing a vertebra I spent roughly fifteen years handling discomfort, numbness in one leg, and multiple medications. I had delayed an operation that would take bone from my hip to join two discs. Then I tried an injection into my spine. It let me begin stretching and building strength in my midsection. The discomfort disappeared and no further injections were needed. Nine years have passed. My physician noted the mechanism remains unclear yet people in similar situations can suddenly become free of pain once they develop extreme flexibility and a powerful core even with the underlying issue. He had thought I might still require an operation plus repeated injections every six to twelve months. It shows the injection can be worthwhile because it eases discomfort enough to permit the stretching and core work. I am also taking growth hormone and it is speeding recovery from a separate injury.

PatientMarble14archiveJun 30

This one gets the job done for me. All the other options I've sampled turned out disappointing.

PlainAnchor67archiveJul 1
↳ replying to @BlueTimber44

How much of them did you use individually?

KeenQuill60archiveJul 2
↳ replying to @PlainAnchor67

I've been wondering about that as well. For the past forty days I've been using two hundred fifty micrograms every morning and evening. It seems like five hundred might have worked out better.

PlainAnchor67archiveJul 2
↳ replying to @KeenQuill60

Took one milligram of both compounds daily across multiple months but observed no effects at all. Now considering doses of five milligrams for each, or perhaps going even higher.

WrySparrow78archiveJul 2
↳ replying to @PlainAnchor67

These days I take a milligram each of KPV and BPC-157 first thing daily, plus one and a half milligrams of TB500 on Mondays and Thursdays. The results are obvious.

SlowBramble67archiveJul 2

I've seen good results from Tirz, Ipa, that blend of Ipa with Cjc-1295 minus Dac, and AHK-Cu. Each one delivered solid outcomes for me. Reta on the other hand showed zero effect after a fortnight, with ongoing appetite plus three days of intense loose stools near the close of week two. Going back to Tirz made everything normal once more.

IronHarbour22archiveJul 4

Clearly the reta choice stands out. NAD plus delivered an uplifting effect right from the start.

QuietAlder32archiveJul 4

At this stage I'm just using a tiny amount of Reta and things look promising so far 🤞

I pulled together insights from the whole discussion thread by feeding everything into an AI tool for a summary overview. The group came to similar conclusions about which compounds actually deliver tangible changes people notice in daily routines. Focus stayed on practical gains like less discomfort, fewer urges around eating, deeper rest, more vitality, quicker bounce-back, and shifts in physique rather than chasing whatever is trendy. Quality of everyday experience stood out as the real priority across responses.

Four main areas stood out instead of any single trend. For managing weight and metabolism, one option drew the strongest repeated mentions for cutting down on constant thoughts about food, curbing hunger, making it easier to eat less without effort, reshaping body composition, and keeping pounds off over time. Another came up often as a solid backup, with a third playing a supporting part.

Healing and repair surprised many by coming up nearly as much as the first category. Favorites here covered several options tied to easing long-term joint or tissue issues, foot pain, shoulder problems, swelling, skin repair, and post-activity rebound. Comments here often carried a tone of real relief.

Restoring steady energy through mitochondrial support formed another clear thread, with praise for compounds linked to better stamina, handling workouts, less tiredness, feeling more youthful, and improved rebound. People described this as returning to normal levels rather than any forced lift.

Sleep and recovery ranked high too, with many experienced voices treating better rest as equally important to dropping fat. Several compounds got nods for this, and some noted how better sleep boosted effects from everything else.

If limited to a small set, the thread pointed toward five that cover the main points raised: the top metabolism one, a key recovery option, one for mitochondrial help, a skin and tissue favorite, and a sleep-focused choice.

Users often pair things rather than relying on singles. Common combos involved the main weight one with its supporter, two recovery options together, mitochondrial pair, and two for growth hormone aid.

Many built around four core areas—metabolism, repair, vitality, and rest—rather than zeroing in on just one goal.

A few less-mentioned items still got strong personal endorsements, including options for inflammation, mitochondrial function, rest, and brain support, even if not as common overall.

Some results went against initial guesses. Repair discussions took up far more space than expected, with less dominance from metabolism compounds alone. Rest quality came up repeatedly as a high-value outcome. The group stuck to things producing clear daily differences over minor lab shifts, which kept experimental items from getting much play.

Overall the thread showed a preference for function and getting life back on track—moving freely, not fixating on food, resting well, getting active again, bouncing back quicker, and enjoying regular days—over chasing some ideal state.

The whole exchange felt grounded and practical, with recommendations based on felt improvements rather than theory. This explains the staying power of certain staples in metabolism, repair, and rest categories. The thread boiled down to sharing what genuinely improved someone's day-to-day experience.

By the way, that little future date on the graphic must be some AI quirk.
