That is unfortunate. Retatrutide works much better for me and I still add a little tirzepatide. It makes me noticeably more vascular, especially when lifting.
Tirzepatide worked okay for me even at the top weekly dose and I dropped sixty pounds over roughly a year. After switching to retatrutide I could not sleep well. I started with 1 mg after ten days off tirz, added another 1 mg three days later, reached a total of 5 mg spread across two and a half weeks, then took 4 mg. Appetite stayed down and nausea was a bit stronger than with tirz, but I kept waking at two or three in the morning feeling wired even though I only drink two cups of coffee early in the day. I stopped reta and returned to 8 mg of tirz two weeks later; sleep has been much better since. Only a few pounds left to lose. Results differ from person to person.
