I'm 61 and kept the same lighting, room, and no-makeup rule so the changes would be clear. First shot is before I started. Face and skin were very swollen, I was on multiple meds, skin and hair looked dull and grey, and everything around the eyes and cheeks was puffy. Second shot is after four weeks on peptides. I'm off every prescription except Levothyroxine, eyes look more open, hair is smoother, puffiness is easing, and facial structure is coming back while the grey tone in skin fades. Third shot is at twelve weeks. Fine lines are visible now that swelling has dropped but skin looks healthier overall, eye swelling keeps going down, and hair keeps improving. I'm still off the other meds and even had to lower the Levothyroxine dose. One surprise was hair getting darker and grey pulling back.

PlainBeacon66archiveMar 4

Thanks, and nice work. Hard to argue when the pictures show it so clearly.

Wow, the difference is obvious. I could use some guidance. I'm on Tirz and dealing with frizzy grey hair plus dry skin showing on my face. What would you add first?

IronHarbour69archiveMar 4

Anything topical? I found generic tretinoin cream and copper peptide serum helpful for skin. Just started GHK-CU subq and NAD+ is next.

RustFenwick30archiveMar 4

Beautiful! Visual proof that the routine is working is always satisfying.

Are you answering my question or the original post? Is this the product you meant?

You look at least ten years younger. Which part do you think is changing the hair color?

WarmAlder42archiveMar 4

Amazing results and clear proof the peptides work. How did GHK-cu go for you? Any way to avoid the spicy bites?

WarmWillow50archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @GreenLantern78

I added NAD+ first, then GHKcu. Those two gave the clearest improvements.

WarmWillow50archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @WarmAlder42

I draw 30 units of bac water first, then add the GHKcu so it's diluted. The burn lessens the longer I use it, and some spots work better than others. Left abdomen is the easiest for me.

LevelTimber64archiveMar 4

You look fantastic. Did you cycle the GHK?

WarmWillow50archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @QuietAnchor73

I looked into it too. Copper helps the tyrosinase enzyme make melanin, so better copper levels let follicles produce darker pigment. It was a total surprise.

LevelTimber64archiveMar 4

Now I need your NAD+ schedule, dose, and cycling info.

WarmWillow50archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @LevelTimber64

No cycling, I stay on it. I mix my own GHKcu serum with cosmetic-grade powder and hyaluronic acid, plus a morning blend with Snap-8 and Syn-Ake. Not sure they do much but I enjoy making them.

LevelTimber64archiveMar 4

Thanks, you look great!

Started low at 25 mg every other day and felt it right away. Now at 50 mg every other day. I've seen mixed advice on cycling so I'll take March off and see how it goes.

I meant the original poster, and yes that's the product.

IronHarbour69archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @WarmWillow50

Exactly, like playing with a chemistry set again. Tretinoin is worth checking, most dermatologists call it the gold standard.

SteadyTimber28archiveMar 4

Wow, that is amazing!

SteadySignal41archiveMar 4

The hair color change is fascinating. It wasn't new growth over twelve weeks, yet the grey is fading all through.

WarmWillow50archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @SteadySignal41

I wondered the same thing. Once inflamed follicles recover they can affect the whole hair shaft. Tirz and the KLOW blend probably helped most with inflammation, since GHKcu isn't as strong there. GHKcu also works better once inflammation is down.

SteadySignal41archiveMar 4

Klow worries me because of the stinging and lumps. My hair is mostly white in front now, but I color it every six weeks. Still tempted to try though. I'm 59.

PatientAlder89archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @WarmWillow50

Such a big change, and great to see color returning. Does GHKcu burn as well? I'm only on week three and still nervous with the needles.

GreyPebble84archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @WarmWillow50 (opening post)

Look at those results, you don't look 61 at all. GHK hasn't reduced my grey yet, if anything it seems to add a bit of glitter. Thinking about trying AHKcu topically too.

WarmWillow50archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @SteadySignal41

The burn comes from the GHKcu, especially early on. My body adjusted and left abdomen works best. I hardly notice it now, though it can flare if I switch spots. Still not giving it up.

ClearBeacon24archiveMar 4
↳ replying to @WarmWillow50

Same here, using ghk cu and glow and klow at different times for six months now and skin looks great. No regrets.

SteadySignal41archiveMar 5
↳ replying to @WarmWillow50

I assume Klow drove most of the hair and skin change, but you also listed things separately so the exact stack is unclear. Cool to see the results anyway.

WarmWillow50archiveMar 5
↳ replying to @SteadySignal41

I don't use blends, I like to control each one. Ran KLOW from separate vials for eight weeks, then kept going with just GHKcu and NAD+.

WryQuill35archiveMar 5
↳ replying to @WarmWillow50

You mentioned NAD+ working well in a few threads. Are you injecting subq or IM?

WarmWillow50archiveMar 5
↳ replying to @WryQuill35

Subq. IM makes me nervous but I need to get past that for cerebrolysin later.

SlowThistle12archiveMar 7

Nice work, keep going!

SteadyCinder62archiveMar 7
↳ replying to @WarmWillow50 (opening post)

Well done and good documentation. Keep tracking as you add walks or resistance training later.

CopperLedger94archiveMar 9

Interesting progression. People often overlook how much GLP and peptide protocols cut systemic inflammation and fluid retention. Once that drops, facial structure shows up fast. Metabolic health tends to show first in skin and eyes.

GreyLedger40archiveMar 10
↳ replying to @SteadySignal41

At 58 I've used 3.2mg of that KLOW blend five days a week now for two weeks straight. Haven't seen any lumps or burning during shots, but the spots stay tender for a bit after. The tenderness fades in a day and doesn't trouble me much.

AmberMarble84archiveMar 10

Your appearance is really stunning. I've tried it too with excellent results on my complexion. The lines aren't as noticeable now and the dryness plus redness tied to my hormonal transition has gotten much better.

WryQuill58archiveMar 11
↳ replying to @WarmWillow50 (opening post)

Those outcomes look truly impressive! Effort still counts for a lot though, beyond just the substances involved. Hoping the wins keep coming along this peptide path.

KeenPebble25archiveMar 15

This will be brief. Your post touches me deeply and I'm grateful you shared it.

PlainBeacon92archiveMar 17

The outcomes look fantastic! In the third image you're radiant and appear much younger than your years. Appreciate you motivating everyone and posting your progress. What daily amount of ghk are you using? Wondering if klow, nad+ and tirz might change my hair shade at all. Being a redhead shifting to blonde makes me very interested to find out. I've used tirz over two and a half years, but NAD+ and Klow are recent additions. Also started glutathione recently. Now combining Tirz, Klow, Mots-c (SS done before), NAD, Gluta, plus TRT, HRT and thyroid medications.

WarmWillow50archiveMar 17
↳ replying to @PlainBeacon92

Cheers! My routine includes 2mg each day for testing. The hair improvement really surprised me a lot. I assumed it would need plenty of time or fail entirely.

WarmMarble75archiveMar 18

Absolutely incredible representation of achievement within peptide studies. The advancements achieved here motivate me greatly, superb effort!

KeenMeadow35archiveMar 19

Your appearance is stunning! I lack the nerve to inject copper peptides so far even as I continue using them on my skin.

👀 You seem like an entirely new individual from the outside. That fit condition brings a matching inner radiance with the outer one. Well done on the headway! 👍👍

When the GHK caused that burning feeling I mixed in extra bacteriostatic water to thin it out. I pressed a reusable gel pack meant for children against the area for about ten minutes. Haha, you just accept the discomfort that comes along with it.
