NM120?????

7 replies4 peopleMay 21, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Is the pre-mixed NM120 peptide combo worth trying or should people mix NAD+, 5-amino, and MOTS-c separately?

Users note that NM120 combines 100 mg NAD+, 10 mg 5-amino, and 10 mg MOTS-c in one vial. Some prefer separate injections to limit time spent reconstituted, while others see the mix as convenient for fewer shots. Concerns focus on limited community experience with the combined product versus individual compounds or other popular blends. One person plans to test it anyway and considers nasal use.

What this discussion establishesWhere people disagree

Whether the convenience of a pre-mixed vial outweighs the reduced safety data compared with buying the three compounds individually.

Has anyone used NM120 in person? It contains 100 mg NAD+, 10 mg 5-amino, and 10 mg MOTS-c.

If someone lacks the energy to inject these separately they might as well just use caffeine for now. I have not seen complaints, yet there is a reason NM120 stays off most pricelists. The longer it sits after mixing, the more chance of microscopic aggregation and odd behavior.

Still, the combo looks appealing. One workaround is to draw each compound into the same syringe. Without injection-site reactions to consider, a higher dose of 5-amino could be used than with MOTS-c alone.

It is not about lacking energy. I simply want to avoid too many separate injections.

The real issue for me is that far less is known in the community about the safety of a ready-made mix of all three compounds than about long-standing blends like Wolverine or even newer ones like KLOW.

The proportions look like they are meant for one or two doses so the reconstituted time stays short. I like each compound on its own and was also considering trying it as a nasal spray.

Then there are endotoxin worries. Doses could still be split across a few hours, even one per hour.
