What peps in the same pin?

10 replies10 peopleJun 29, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Which peptides or compounds can safely be mixed together in one syringe without causing reactions or gelling?

Users report that some peptides gel or become unusable when mixed, especially dissimilar pH types, while certain stacks like glow or klow combinations appear compatible. One person found mixing two specific items produced a gel that wasted both doses, and another noted that a GLP-1 type cannot be combined with non-GLP items. NAD+ mixed with MOTS-c seemed fine with no obvious redox issue, and several people prefer pinning popular stacks together but keep NAD+ and a few others separate to avoid problems.

I combined two items in one syringe and the mix turned into a gel that would not push through the needle. Both doses were wasted. Some stacks are known to work together, but which other ones are okay? Multiple injections do not bother me much, yet fewer would be better. Two other compounds mixed without issue, yet I wonder if a reaction still occurred and whether both will remain effective. Could a third one join that mix? One morning shot and one evening shot would be ideal. Share any successes or failures you have seen.

I only mix items that are already formulated to go together. I also prefer not to inject more than one thing per day when possible.

Never combine those two particular chemicals. Still, what made you think those two would work together in the first place?

You are having quite a day with your comments.

Basically tricked himself out of the doses.

That one type should not be mixed with anything except other similar GLP items, and even then it is not advised. pH levels must match when combining peptides or one or both can be ruined. Some simply do not work well together. A chart exists that shows safe mixes but I cannot find it at the moment.

One of those is not a peptide at all. No cysteine is present so a redox reaction is unlikely and the mix should be fine. Given known issues with that compound, why introduce another possible complication?

BrightSignal76archiveJun 29

I prepare one particular stack fresh each time. Those are the only ones I treat as compatible. Everything else, including NAD, Cagri and Reta, gets its own injection.

GLP-1 items stay in their own single injection. GHKCU can interfere with more delicate peptides, yet the glow and klow stacks usually mix fine with it. NAD still gets its own syringe because it fills half a cc on its own. In the morning I do SS31 and BPC together in a second syringe. At night I combine epithalon, BPC/TB, KPV and GHKCU even though they come from separate vials.

Thanks, that just cut down the number of injections I need to do.
