Dealing with shingles here, not exactly enjoyable. No rash showing up yet, only nerve pain. Began valacyclovir this morning. For the past two days I've been following a TET protocol of daily 1 mg TA-1, 1 mg Epithalon, and 1 mg Thymulin. Glad I already had TA-1 and Thymulin on hand. Any other useful support ideas?
