Usually I just pull from a chilled container and inject almost every single time. A couple of occasions I loaded it in one spot then carried it over to another room so I could jab right after washing up though.
Thinking about how much a reconstituted peptide loses potency each time it leaves the fridge and reaches room temperature for an injection. Main questions are: with pens, if you warm it, pin, then return it to the fridge, how much degradation happens after 20 or 30 cycles? Also, what method do people actually use—warm the vial first then draw, or draw cold and let the filled syringe sit out for an hour so the original solution sees almost no temperature change?
