Tracking app suggestions?

Summary

What are good ways to track peptide schedules, injection sites, weight, and related data while avoiding privacy risks?

Users discuss several apps for logging GLP-1 and peptide injections but many drop them over privacy policies. Spreadsheets, phone calendars, Google Tasks, and pen-and-paper notebooks are common alternatives. A few mention self-hosted options and one half-life plotter spreadsheet for concentration estimates. Privacy concerns lead several to avoid third-party apps entirely.

Any suggestions for tracking peptide schedules and weight loss progress? I've looked at a few apps but wonder if there's a popular choice or if pen and paper works fine. Thanks for any thoughts.

I've found one app handy for noting where I put each dose right as I enter it, even though it works with just one category of meds. I've also been trying out a second option more recently.

I tested several options but removed them after their data handling terms failed to appeal. One had stronger terms on privacy yet delivered minimal benefit for my needs so I will likely drop it as well. It let users pick injection locations track stock connect entries for uniform details across related items input various compounds and similar functions. For longer lasting items I rely on a chart instead and record all details in a separate phone based schedule purely as a log. I have no need for reminders which makes the chart work well for me. I attached an image of the data terms section from another similar tool. I always check those policies on the developer pages to confirm they suit storing info on my off market items.

I've been relying on that tracking tool for my medication shots as well. Still, it struck me that the same setup might handle additional compounds too. I simply add a quick remark in the injection log about the type and dose I used. It takes a touch of extra work, yet all the details stay in one spot.

For quite some time now I've stuck with writing everything by hand across a handful of journals. That covers when events occurred, how much was involved, and casual notes on my physical condition. πŸ˜…

I'm a big fan of this peptide tracker and calculator. Getting all my compounds and their regimens entered takes a fair amount of setup time in the beginning, but it really pays off.

I'm searching for a tracker I could run on my own machine or perhaps a Docker container to set up there. Drop any ideas my way 😁😁😁

I support that choice too and track extra doses administered the same date using the daily comments section.

My daily records and extra details get kept in a grid format since they exceed what the main program handles. I never looked into its comment area, yet grids make finding specific terms simple, which works out well for my purposes.

From the start this app has been my choice for the pharmaceutical glp compounds and it covers the other substance too.

I examined several options, yet they all struck me as excessively complex. Additionally, the possible confidentiality problems bothered me. A certain application functions effectively in my case. I merely include an item for every dose variety and quantity.

This matters greatly as it explains why connections to various websites and programs frequently disappear. Plenty of platforms gather details from those exploring certain medications and related compounds. One developer in this area has openly discussed their capacity to collect visitor information, which leaves personal details vulnerable. Several platforms link up with additional services that can pinpoint and distribute user identifiers to anyone who pays, while standard steps like private modes or networks often prove insufficient. People really need to examine the data rules for every platform before choosing to access them. I shared our own data rules on the site. Everyone needs to watch out in these situations.

Stumbled upon this project recently during my online searches. There's a section for tracking medications too, yet entering specific amounts isn't supported and it doesn't appear alongside the weight chart, since it's quite new. I contacted the person behind it to see about including that option. Seems like it has promise! Running it on your own machine means no risk of details getting exposed or utilized by third parties.

They added shots along with spots for giving them.

I enjoy using that tool for half-life calculations because it lets me model my approximate daily levels under various injection routines. The speed at which peptide amounts build up from weekly use alone really caught me off guard. Seeing the impact of dividing the amounts on buildup is also intriguing. Plus it avoids handing over my details to outsiders. Though if I'm totally straightforward, that privacy aspect doesn't really sway me much since I input my meals into a tracking program and don't mind sharing personal data.

It's good knowing others share my unease about how these programs handle personal data. I log everything needed inside an email program instead. There I note the potency levels from my experiments, mixing amounts, the count in each batch for gradual increases that might suit rotation periods too, and the origin so I can compare on my own. Weight figures go somewhere separate.
