Summary

What peptide stacking plans work for weight loss and how should dosing be adjusted?

One user shares a detailed weekly schedule using MOTS-c, CJC no DAC plus IPA, Reta, and Triz with specific reconstitution and injection amounts aimed at metabolism, fat loss, and appetite control. Others respond by recommending slower titration starting at lower doses, adding basic supplements and lifestyle factors, and introducing compounds one at a time to monitor reactions. Replies emphasize minimum effective dosing to avoid early tolerance and note that individual responses vary widely.

How quickly to increase doses and whether multiple new peptides can be started together

Here is the stacking plan I put together. Primary aim right now is dropping weight, and later on the focus shifts to adding muscle and becoming the version of myself I am working toward. Would like to see what plans other people are running and what adjustments they might suggest for this one. Bodies respond differently and peptides hit everyone in their own way, so sharing ideas is helpful. MOTS-C mixed at 40 mg with 3 ml Bac water, 15 units drawn for a 2 mg dose five days a week for sixteen weeks followed by four off, injected in the morning to help with metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and performance. CJC no DAC plus IPA mixed at 10 mg with 2 ml Bac water, 10 units drawn for 500 mcg twice daily morning and evening five days a week for twelve weeks on and four off to support fat breakdown and better sleep. Reta at 30 mg with 3 ml Bac water, 50 units drawn for a 5 mg dose every six days. Triz at 60 mg with 3 ml Bac water, 25 units drawn for a 5 mg dose every six days to add food suppression on top of the rest. Do not copy this without doing your own research. Appreciate being part of the group and working on changes together.

Solid lineup overall. Cannot comment on the final item but have thoughts on the others. Titrate up, possibly left out of the original but worth doing for everything especially the reta when testing on a rat. Begin with MOTS-c at 5 mg weekly and increase from there, CJC plus IPA at 250 mcg in the evening, and Reta at 0.5 mg weekly then add another 0.5 mg each week or every other week. For this combination mostly because of the reta I would include zinc, Benefiber, a digestive enzyme, and a multivitamin. Diet, exercise, and sunlight should also be dialed in of course.

Thanks for posting the plan. It helps to see what others are doing and gives some ideas.

Have these already been started? If not I would begin at lower amounts especially with the first dose and add only one new peptide each week. Reactions to these medications differ a lot between people so it is hard to predict what each one will do. Give the body time to adjust and if something goes wrong it will be clear which item caused it. There is no rush here since this is meant to be a long-term effort. Just my two cents.

Exactly that approach. The goal is the smallest dose that still works until tolerance appears, then increase. Raising too quickly leads to tolerance sooner which ends up costing more both in money and in how the body handles it. Dropping weight too rapidly can feel rewarding at first but produces poorer results over time because skin does not have a chance to adjust.
