Good luck. I did the same thing last week by mixing up units and dose. My mistake left me under-dosed instead. Now every pen gets a clear printed label showing the product, the dose, and the units.
I started retatrutide back in January and raised the amount very gradually, even dropping from 3 mg back to 2.5 mg when the higher amount felt rough. I always thought I would never be the person who took more than planned, but that changed today. I needed my usual 2.5 mg shot, mixed a fresh vial while dealing with a cold, and gave myself the dose. Only afterward did I realize I had used a 10 mg vial instead of the 30 mg one I meant to grab. I tried to adjust on the spot and ended up taking 7.5 mg total. I have ginger chews, electrolytes, and Zofran ready and am bracing for the next week or so. When I went from 2.5 mg to 3 mg before, I was off the peptide blend, so I am hoping it helps ease the stomach issues this time.
