I checked the board myself. People are reacting strongly. They do not get this upset even when misgendered.

Some background since I still spend too much time there and have nothing better to do. When the first facility was stopped, users lost it and I do not blame them. It had been the only one I used and I had no issues. Then a big telehealth account jumped in saying everything was fine and only that one site was affected, with lawyers supposedly checking. He hinted the inspection was the real cause even while the agency was broadly warning everyone about the rules. His own service could not handle rush orders anyway because of appointment backlogs. People calmed down a bit and shifted to the remaining options. Then questions started about the next facility on the list and whether it was also in trouble.

I stay in that group now mostly to point out when that prominent telehealth owner is exaggerating. He once messaged me directly within minutes to insist something I posted elsewhere about him was false, even though it was accurate.

This is exactly why I stopped visiting that board. I used to post there often but after the March 2025 events that did not happen it turned into mostly noise. Your recap covers weeks of the same pointless talk. Was it Dave?

That does appear to be the pattern. Another 503b that makes pure versions at the same strength picked up many of the open orders. It could be next.

I did not pay much attention to him at first because the pricing and setup seemed unnecessary. I did not want appointments or phone calls. Only after the inspection news did his posts stand out, claiming close ties to the agency and inside knowledge. Then he mentioned his main work is wealth management and that raised flags. My current question is why any facility would share details with him when he is not the largest player and switches between sites. He keeps repeating that the next one was not stopped and is just changing products, while saying prices will drop except at his own service.

That matches what I thought. Some like him, others do not. He reminds me of the old Hair Club for Men ad where the owner says he is not only the president but also a client. He is not only running the service but is also a user himself.

It is almost as if the agency cares more about shielding brand-name company revenue than patient safety.

You would be surprised how many users there are strongly against gray market options. Some have called those who use them creeps or claimed it is basically fentanyl and everyone will die. That is not much of an exaggeration.

It is a sad situation when things reach that level of influence.

I get the sense he mainly wants to seem important and does not actually know the details. He is now claiming the agency does not issue fines and that is not how it works. I have followed the vaping scene for fifteen years and that is exactly how they operate, fining shops for illegal products. He is just wrong.
