Aliquoting BAC Water for Later Use

Can you explain the reason for doing that? BAC is labeled to last 28 days after opening though most people stretch it further, sometimes to three months. Since BAC isn't expensive, why transfer 3ML into a vial and hold it aside? Not criticizing, just trying to understand.

I've been preparing my own version of that water and the batches stay good for about six months since I finish them off before then. Sticking to solid cleanliness steps has kept everything safe and working with a still air container has held up well so far.

I prepare the mixture for him at the same time as my own batches, then advise keeping the prepared container in the freezer until the day before it's needed, after which it goes into the refrigerator. I process multiple containers together this way strictly for myself. I always wipe the tops with alcohol ahead of every needle insertion. This runs counter to standard recommendations, leaving the choice up to each person.
