It's easy once you see it. Twist off the top, insert syringe through the hole, draw up and use.
I've noticed plenty of sources selling ampoules filled with bacteriostatic water. Lots of folks on this board have spoken highly of how good the stuff is, so I'm considering ordering some for myself. Still, I'm not sure how to handle them since ampoules are new to me. Normally I use a thirty milliliter vial that has a rubber top, so I can just stick a needle in and pull out what I need. These ones look like they're made of flexible see-through plastic. How exactly do you get liquid out? Push a needle through the wall and risk getting tiny bits of plastic in the draw? Or snap off the top and leave a big opening where germs could get in while you're mixing? I checked around here and on the wider web but turned up nothing useful. Automated chat systems seem to get suspicious about questions like this and probably keep a record of them.
