Summary

What real-world experiences do users report with 1 mg Eloralintide for appetite suppression and weight loss while switching from tirzepatide?

Users confirm noticeable appetite suppression in the first days on 1 mg that fades after about four days yet leaves no cravings, with steady accumulation due to the long half-life producing stronger effects over weeks. One person lost 2 kg in three weeks at 70 kg body weight and expects greater loss at higher starting weights. Another started the same dose while tapering tirzepatide hoping to stabilize resting heart rate.

Thanks for posting that. The results section is really detailed and interesting. It's wild that people on the 1 mg dose got close to 10 % weight loss.

I skipped the attachments but can back this up from my own use. Fourth week on 1 mg Elora with no other GLP meds. Appetite suppression was strong the first four days yet I could still eat when I chose to. After that the suppression went away but cravings never returned. Dropped 2 kg in the first three weeks at my current 70 kg, so heavier people would probably lose more. The effect keeps building each week thanks to the 14-day half-life, so the amount in your system rises even though the dose stays the same.

That’s great to hear. I just started 1 mg last Sunday and plan to stay there after reading this and the study details, while slowly coming off tirzepatide. I’ve been on tirzepatide more than a year and my resting heart rate rose during that time, so I’m hoping Elora keeps weight stable without that side effect.
