I'm taking 10mg of Tirz each week and will likely move up to 12.5 then 15mg. With 60mg vials I'm wondering whether 2ml or 3ml of BAC is the better choice. Anyone have experience with vials like these?

I just moved from 10mg up to 12mg. Using 3ml on a 60mg vial meant 50-unit shots, and at the new dose it would be 60 units. That feels like too much, so next time I'm trying 1.5ml to bring it down to 30 units. My pens only go to 60 units and it's awkward to handle the plunger that far back while pinching skin, especially since I'm clumsy.

I add 2.4ml of bac water to my 60mg vials so that 10 units equals 2.5mg. Not sure yet what I'll do once I reach 10mg+ doses, but with 1ml syringes even 60 units for 15mg should be fine.

For the 10mg dose add 3ml BAC so you get six 50-unit shots. For 15mg add 3ml BAC and you'll have four 75-unit doses. You could also split the powder into 5ml vials and add more BAC.

Use a calculator to try different dosing and concentration numbers. There are plenty of them available.

Same here. Moving to 10mg meant 50-unit pins at my current mix, so I'm planning to use 1.5ml on the next 60mg vial to keep the volume reasonable. I've even considered 1ml but don't see many people doing that and wonder if it might cause problems.

Check the real amount inside your 60mg vials with third-party testing. Look for syringe marks that line up with your planned dose increases, ideally between 10 and 40 units. Use a reverse calculator instead of the usual peptide ones and add an odd amount of bacteriostatic water.

Thanks, that matches what I was thinking at first. The initial vial will be used for 10mg doses. I've also switched to dosing every five days so one 60mg vial lasts exactly 30 days, or a bit less once the dose goes up. That makes the 60mg size seem like a solid choice.

That's what I'm thinking too. Injecting less liquid has to be better. Does anyone know if 1ml would be okay or if it causes issues? I hadn't considered using a non-round amount of bac water, but that sounds smart. I'd just have to write the number down so I don't forget it later. Any reverse calculator you like best? There are lots to pick from.

The only one I know is the one in my signature. Just to repeat, a batch can be overfilled by up to 30 percent, so you need to know the actual mass.
