Bpc157+Tb500 blend or individual?

7 replies6 peopleJul 2, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

BPC-157 and TB-500 blend versus separate use, including ratios and dosing protocols

Users discuss experiences with BPC-157 alone or combined with TB-500, noting that pre-mixed blends fix the ratio which many find suboptimal. Separate purchases allow custom dosing but require more injections, while different half-lives lead to varied schedules like daily or twice-weekly larger amounts. One user describes mixing their own doses from separate vials to hit preferred amounts, and another warns to verify TB-500 over TB4 forms.

Anyone tried these on their own or together? What kind of results have you seen?

Check the active thread on this topic. There seems to be decent anecdotal agreement that combining them works better than using either by itself. How has your own research gone? I was surprised TB-500 costs quite a bit more than BPC-157 and want to know if the extra expense makes sense.

A ready-made blend locks you into whatever ratio it comes with. Most seem to be equal parts, which I don't think is the best choice.

Dosing schedules differ as well, likely tied to how long each one stays active.

I've noticed various schedules too, some daily and others using bigger amounts twice a week, plus plenty of other approaches. The larger infrequent doses might be meant as a loading period while the equal ratios serve maintenance, though I still doubt the ratio works well even then. I usually start with a blend and add extra TB-500 vials during the loading stage.

That crossed my mind too, though I only really need the two compounds. Separate vials are probably the way to go even if it means extra injections.

Typical amounts are around half a milligram for BPC and two to five milligrams for TB. I get a five-milligram BPC vial and a fifty-milligram TB vial, mix them by adding the BPC into the TB vial, then draw forty units which should give the target doses.

Confirm you are receiving actual TB-500 rather than the more common TB4, which has different effects and a shorter half-life. TB4 would probably fit better with a daily equal-parts blend.
