Someone mentioned in a Discord thread that every batch of P21 contains adamantane. The person came across as fairly credible, yet I'm unsure how accurate the claim actually is.

CopperAlder51archiveMay 11
↳ replying to @KeenPebble65

That's not accurate yet it should be available. My source had two options both for ten milligrams.

Looking around for P21 that includes Adamantane. Came across an offer but the details leave out any mention of it, which makes me wonder if the compound is missing.

The incorporation of that substance drives up manufacturing expenses, which means the listed cost needs to show those added charges. At this pricing level I suppose the product includes it already, yet I'd want to double-check directly with whoever is offering it.

This shows up from a seller I sometimes use. The opening version carries Chinese text noting the lack of Adamantane while the next one indicates its presence. I went ahead and bought a batch several months earlier before grasping the full picture.

How did things go for you overall? Did you notice any positive changes?

He received shoddy sludge so he has not used p-21 yet. Maybe he has used Cerebrolysin enough.

I'm still waiting for the proper adamantane version to arrive. Haven't tried the bad batch yet but might give it a go anyway.

SlowSignal40archiveMay 12

I came across offers showing this item at sixty milligrams split into half a dozen containers on multiple seller pages in this discussion area. Do those look authentic to anyone? How do others view them?

QuietAlder20archiveMay 12

Original cerebrolysin liquid is a mix of porcine neural proteins that occur naturally, with low molecular weight parts that can cross the blood brain barrier. Defenders of the freeze-dried powder version say it's the same thing just dried out and they've seen tests backing that up. I still question it though, especially when reconstituting with BAC. The liquid has sodium hydroxide in it along with sterile water so the pH matters a lot. Not sure how well the reconstituted powder works. Another issue is the total dose: the standard liquid gives 1075 mg in a 5 ml ampoule at 215 mg per ml while the powder vials only have 60 mg total. Hard to compare the two directly. Haven't seen recent reports on the powder form and would like to.

SteadyBeacon57archiveMay 19

does anyone have any experience with ceravate tablets? cerebrolysin pills from the pharma maker that produces it for south asia.

SlowSignal40archiveMay 19

Wondering whether anyone has experimented with P-21 adamantane.

Some online threads discuss oral bioavailability of cerebroprotein hydrolysate and tablets. Looks like Cerebramin might be worth checking out.

Hi there. After looking over the whole conversation I'm still confused on how the filtering works. Do people filter when taking the liquid out of the glass ampule at the beginning or when giving the shot into the muscle? If the answer was already posted and I overlooked it then that's because I studied at a school for those who never learned to read properly.

PlainKettle27archiveJun 15

I went through a double filtration process. To begin I pulled the liquid from its glass container using a specialized needle that I figured would trap any tiny fragments of broken glass. After that I swapped in a different filter along with a standard needle and pushed everything into a fresh empty syringe by going straight through the open top. Since the container held more than I needed for one day I split the contents across two syringes during that step. I added new needles with their covers still attached and kept the spare one chilled until the next day. This method suited me fine. I really like this product. The mental haze cleared up and I felt alert again. The whole idea of injecting something derived from pig brains into my backside muscles seems gross yet it delivered results for me.

Appreciate the thorough instructions so much. Planning to apply that technique myself. Your comment about pig brains really resonates. Normally I steer clear of pork altogether yet I talked myself into it by noting how endearing those tiny young ones look 🤣

No problem at all. It's nice to hear that this was useful. I hope more folks can chip in with their ideas as well. The part about those little piglets cracked me up!

KeenPebble65archiveJun 21

I appreciate the thorough response. Planning on testing P21 via nasal spray myself. Got a kit and it wasn't cheap. Fingers crossed that it's legit.

Appreciate the reply. Was it the special rate? It's that 1032 Da model, which means he ended up with the genuine article.

QuietSignal61archiveJun 21
↳ replying to @WryCinder14

I skipped their approach entirely. I grabbed a blunt filter needle rated for five microns instead to pull the liquid out of the vial while keeping any shards away. This item comes from medical production so after that step I treated it as fine to deliver straight into a vein or muscle. Doing extra filtration especially with the wrong mesh size might cause some bigger proteins to get removed in the process. I came across plenty of details in various online forums plus the main product page. I also made sure never to apply it through the nasal passage in any situation.

WryCinder14archiveJun 21
↳ replying to @QuietSignal61

Man these cost a ton. Is this just for one needle? Can it be used more than once? Will it fit onto a luer lock syringe?

QuietSignal61archiveJun 21
↳ replying to @WryCinder14

Yeah that image is definitely showing the locking type of syringe tip. It looks like the cost covers a hundred units together. Perhaps there will be other applications later on. Having those locking components around is great because they're handy when mixing things up and experimenting a bit. Sure it's pricey if you're only needing one at the moment, I understand. Checking online showed that standard filters for peptides don't seem to damage the cerebro substance. Still, keeping any contact with open air as brief as possible seems smart since the mixture degrades fast in that situation.

WryCinder14archiveJun 21
↳ replying to @QuietSignal61

wow a hundred bucks improves things quite a bit now. appreciate you pointing out the details

QuietSignal61archiveJun 21
↳ replying to @WryCinder14

I should say sorry and explain something to that user. The smaller filters probably do the job okay and won't remove the main ingredient. Those bigger blunt needles are what doctors employ for pulling liquid out of vials and they stop any shards from getting in. I haven't tried them myself. I get really into reading about these things and start believing there's one correct method. The stuff arrives in a few days and then I'll try fixing my father's condition. I'm not sure about using those tiny filters because it seems more hassle than putting on a special needle to pull the liquid then switching to a thin one for the shot. That's how I got the idea. The even smaller filter might slow down the pulling and maybe absorb some of the good stuff.

CopperAlder51archiveJun 22

The directions explain that these vials tend to shatter into bigger fragments when the break doesn't happen right at the score mark. Their professional guidelines advise against using any filter for that reason. I figure it's wiser to err on the side of caution, though I'm unsure whether a point two two micron filter might be excessively fine, since I lack that information.

no problem buddy. mine is still on the way as well. getting things set up ahead of time for its delivery. looked over the connection you gave and the general view in the forum is that the small mesh won't keep any substance from passing through but everyone avoids taking risks with such costly items

QuietSignal61archiveJun 22
↳ replying to @WryCinder14

The high cost really gets to me sometimes. It brings tears to my eyes realizing how few people share this kind of fortune. If only I had the resources to get supplements to everyone worldwide.

SlowSignal45archiveJul 25

Got hold of several packs of this preparation, viewed as the genuine article from the maker. Each container holds ten milliliters, leaving me with one hundred milliliters overall. Curious how others are faring with their own batches and whether any upsides show up. Do positive or negative shifts hold steady afterward or fade once the run ends, and what schedule did they follow? Info suggests a minimum of five milliliters daily plus two rest days, which lines up with what I'm considering at present. Past intramuscular shots showed the outer thigh area on my test subject handles five milliliters fine with zero soreness, so switching between sides on alternate days is the approach now. Anyone with recent impressions or thoughts on this item can add them below. Almost left out that mental haziness is the main reason for trying it, with some hope it brings relief.

Wow this is great! I have to purchase some of that special product! So many people are praising its qualities.

After finishing a pair of rounds I saw zero advantages at all. Absolutely nothing shifted in any direction and nothing lingered or vanished. I already wrote about the subject. One compound failed to lessen my mental haziness while the other succeeded.

QuietAlder20archiveJul 25
↳ replying to @SlowSignal45

I've tried multiple rounds using the authentic version. It works well against mental cloudiness. I took five milliliters each morning and evening across ten days, which added up to one hundred milliliters altogether. Unfortunately the benefits only stuck around for roughly two months. This makes three occasions in total that I've repeated the process.

I'm wondering where to come across a small number of vials holding that peptide. Might any traders here have it on hand, or would authorization from a physician be required instead?

I noticed this soon after creating my post and it sparked a lot of curiosity in me. Someday I could experiment with it myself but it's disappointing that the results seem to disappear two months after the last use. This makes me question the fate of people with Alzheimer's along with stroke and TBI sufferers beyond those sixty days. Appreciate you replying.

↳ replying to @SlowAlder75

Where prescriptions are allowed the amounts patients receive end up higher, treatment periods run longer, and delivery happens straight into the veins. Plenty of details exist about typical application methods.

SlowSignal45archiveAug 9
↳ replying to @CopperAlder51

I reckon getting one more round would be simple enough. What stands out for me is those early moments right after a stroke or head injury. If the results line up with the descriptions during that window after such events it would count as a major success.

CopperAlder51archiveAug 9
↳ replying to @SlowSignal45

In countries where prescriptions are legal, I had no trouble getting hold of it. Back in the US, it required waiting around a month and a half. I've come across several papers discussing advantages of early use after head trauma, but they all had this problem. The writers couldn't spot any real differences in death or hospital time, perhaps owing to the few participants. So they call for bigger controlled trials to confirm usefulness in treating such injuries. Yet lots of users report great outcomes with it.
