Sorry if this comes across wrong, but the way you described things matches attention issues that show up more often in females. Their restlessness usually stays mental rather than appearing in outward actions.
Looking for input from anyone with professional or personal experience dealing with ADD. Like a lot of people my age I managed it without meds for years. Mine is the non-hyperactive type but my thoughts feel scattered. Adderall IR works well for me. A friend suggested trying Vyvanse and after a while the brain fog became intense and keeps getting worse. I feel drained and forgetful to the point it almost seems like early dementia. The timing lines up exactly with the switch so I scheduled an appointment to return to Adderall. My job and family require me to stay mentally sharp. I keep seeing ads about dopamine oxidation and supplements for it, but I want actual recommendations for a stack that supports focus and overall brain function. Also interested in anything that improves sleep quality while using standard ADD medication. Currently running a Triz/Reta cycle.
