After lots of looking into things I'm still unsure. Following two knee operations, one to remove hardware from an old fracture and then a full replacement two months later, I need something to help recovery. My mind is worn out from all the reading online, and there's just too much out there. My hair is damaged too and needs attention. Would this blend cover everything? I don't want to combine lots of different things, partly because of cost and partly to avoid so many shots.

That blend does look like a solid option because it includes the healing pair of peptides aimed at injuries. The KPV portion helps with swelling and the copper peptides should support hair and skin. It does cost more than simpler options though because of everything packed in.

I've had an ankle rebuilt, two full knee replacements, and some work done on my shoulder. For the second knee and the shoulder I've been using peptides. The blend would cover most needs. I'm going through five 80mg vials over 100 days at 2.5mg copper daily and 500mcg of each of the others daily. Zinc might be worth adding since copper and zinc compete for absorption. Copper and one of the peptides usually run for a 12-week window then off for about 4-6 weeks. I'd pick the best 12-week stretch for recovery but start the other peptide earlier and keep it going after the blend cycle ends. A 12-week run of the growth hormone peptides alongside could also help with recovery and rehab.

The blend has worked well for me so far, with injuries feeling less bothersome and hair and nails growing quicker. Makes sense to want to stick with one mix.

I think the blend is the way to go. Needles don't bother me, I just really don't want to deal with taking so many.
