Same here. I've lost 96 pounds with 30 still to go and it's weird to feel my hip bones and ribs. I also can't sleep with my knees touching anymore. I'm cold constantly but looking forward to summer to see if I handle heat better than before.
Today marks one year for me. I've dropped 75 pounds total from my highest. Now that the padding is gone I realize I actually have bones. Lying on my side I can feel my hip bones protruding and sometimes I just run my hand over them before sleep because it's so strange they were always there. In the fetal position my knees bang into each other so I have to shift them apart. On my back I feel my rib cage and this odd little bump at the base of my sternum. My collarbones feel oddly exposed when I fix my shirt collar. Hard seats are miserable because my sit bones have no cushion. My face shows orbital and cheek bones now. Without the extra layer I'm freezing all the time.
