Energy Stack on Reta Suggestions

energy stack suggestions with reta for labor job plus daily gym while feeling increasingly tired

The thread centers on a 37-year-old man doing heavy physical work and training who suspects his fatigue may need more than just reta. Participants point to likely under-eating, poor sleep quality, and electrolyte gaps as primary causes before adding compounds. Several mitochondrial or recovery agents are mentioned as possible add-ons, with mixed personal results and cautions about side effects.

Hey everyone, fairly new around here and there seem to be lots of different approaches so I wanted some opinions. I'm 37 male, work as a furniture removalist doing quite physical shifts ten hours or more Monday to Friday. After finishing around 4pm I drive 45 minutes to the gym every day including weekends. Calories sit around 1800-2200. I strength train five days a week and do cardio daily. Lately I've been noticing I'm getting more tired toward the end of the day. Could be calories but I was hoping to add something alongside reta to help push through. Any ideas? Thanks.

I used to have a very physical job and trained four or five days a week, burning roughly 4000 calories daily. You almost certainly need more food. Plug your numbers into a TDEE calculator for a rough idea. Also check how your sleep is holding up. I stopped reta partly because it messed with my rest.

MOTS-c works great for me. 1.5mg five days from Saturday to Wednesday then three times per week.

For many MOTS-c works well until welts appear or even strong allergic reactions hit. NAD+ seems safer or using oral precursors as does SS-31. Since SS-31 suits older people more I would try NAD+ first if adding anything. Daily low-dose Cialis might help energy and recovery to some extent and is quite affordable. Carbs and starches helped me with fatigue from another glp. The protein bagels from the store work for both carbs and protein. I didn't get the same tiredness on reta by comparison. Any sleep problems from reta tended to settle sooner rather than later. Since you mentioned being on test plus mast you may be due for a sensitive E2 test which can raise other questions.

I take NMNH every morning and think it gives some energy. I'll try SS31 in a few weeks but I'm 60 so not sure how much it will do for someone your age. Start with the simple options. Take some NMNH in the morning and maybe Glynac or magnesium glycinate at night for energy and better sleep. Since you do physical work and gym I assume you already have creatine. More advanced mitochondrial support could involve SS31 or methylene blue then adding MOTS-c or similar followed by NAD+ or NMNH or NR. My two cents is to give your body a break sometimes with a week of higher carbs like bread pasta rice and even some sweets.

I feel like increasing calories is definitely worth doing. I'll check the calculator but for sleep I'm in bed and out by 8:30-9 at latest. Yet I blink and the alarm is already going off. I wake up to use the bathroom maybe two or three times a night. I've suspected sleep quality but not sure how to measure it properly. PSA I'll reply to everyone's points but can only post every 30 minutes and answers still need approval so sorry in advance if it seems rude. I'm also at work so shouldn't be texting while driving.

I agree sleep and calories matter but don't forget hydration and electrolytes. I crashed when first starting reta and daily electrolyte packets helped a lot. I've since added 1mg of MOTS-c daily which has helped some too. My workouts are better than right after starting reta but still not great on energy. I think that's down to the calorie deficit. I'm under 20 percent body fat now and about to move toward recomp instead of pure fat loss which means more calories so hoping training improves with that change.

MOTS-C seems to come up the most often. I've been prone to a few welts in the middle of my chest when running oils so thanks for the heads up. I'll look into NAD+ and SS31. Might skip Cialis because my blood pressure feels a bit high already and dealing with its other effect is a small struggle for me. You're right it's time for bloodwork since I've been on this for a few months. Had to look up NMNH. Funny enough I've already been taking magnesium glycinate at night. I've been slacking on creatine lately due to earlier starts and no time for a proper breakfast. I was also taking methylene blue for other reasons but felt the mix of tablets might be getting heavy on my liver and causing the fatigue. A week of high carbs sounds good, don't threaten me with a good time. I've also been slack on electrolytes the last week or so and now it's Saturday.

Really like seeing the at symbol used in place of eight separate replies. You get several quotes together after selecting some words and tapping the quote button before adding them in.
